The room was filthy. The entire room has tile floors and when our kids walked on them barefoot, the bottoms of their feet were black. We had to buy disinfecting wipes to clean the floors and countertops. The bathroom sink didn't drain very well. The cabinets in the kitchen haven't been updated since the 60's and have definitely seen better days. The couch had gum and stains on it.

The location is close to most everything you need. The room was a good size. Having a full kitchen was nice. The breakfast had waffles so our kids were happy.

Cockroaches everywhere we had to leave the lights on cause there were hundreds of roaches everywhere it was disgusting I got no sleep at all. The cleaning ladies used dirty mops and rags to clean.

Found dead spider in my bed. Had problems with shower ended up having cold showers. Couldn't get in the pool or hot tub. And the breakfast wasn't very nice there was no iron or blow dryer in room or to borrow.

The walls had gunk on them, the floor was not swept, the drain stopper in the shower was not meant for that shower drain, the peep hole had been painted over,they almost charged me twice, I did not feel safe and secure through the night.

The size of the room was nice.

We used the pullout couch and it was old and dirty. Lots of stains on the side and the side was falling apart. Pool was not overly inviting just old and dingy. This could be a great property if updates were made.

The appliances were a bit dated

We stayed in room 116, the family suite. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. There was plenty of room to keep stuff out of reach of my 2 toddlers. The appliances were a bit dated, but over all it was a great room.

Severely outdated. In desperate need of maintenance. There were pieces of metal sticking out from under the beds. The bedskirt covered them, making them more dangerous. I tripped on one and bruised my ankle. The closet shelving had sharp screws sticking out of the wood. My new jacket snagged on one and had a hole tore in it when I took it from the shelf. The beds did not have blankets, only a slightly thicker sheet.

Check in was fast and easy.

Indoor pool was advertised as heated…it’s not (felt like an ice bath). Shower was freezing cold as well. The room had a stove top but nothing to cook with. Beds were extremely old and unstable. Previous guests clothes were left under the bed and on top of shelves which seems like they didn’t clean the room fully.

Not much. The room was large and location was nice. They did let us check in early w/out a fee since the room was already cleaned.

Very old property. Bed linens were old and worn. I went and bought my own blanket and pillow. Not sure if it was the customer who stayed in the room before me or employees. But black tight curly hair found throughout room. Tub, sinks. Grosses me out. No iron or ironing board. No light in fridge. Floor tile sticky.

There were no pots to cook in. There were no clothes hangers. There was limited dishes and cutlery in kitchen. Breakfast could’ve been better and include yogurt, fruit and muffins. It was sparse. And not always open on time.

Location was excellent. Enjoyed living area and kitchen. We had an upstairs room. It was quiet.

The mattress was hard, the towels and shower curtain were tattered, the long stay people next door were noisy most of the night, ended up getting Covid.

The pool had a lot of dirty things inside for example a lot of hairs.

The room was ok and had everything we needed, the pool was open and the hottub was fun.
