The room and the staff who assigned the bad room to us. How come they run out of towels.

We stayed in this hotel during our Mammoth Cave trip. The property was clean and breakfast was too good. But, the room was not good. The bathroom door doesn’t close , vent in the bathroom doesn’t work. Not sure how they have given that room to some family. The room service was not done after first day. When requested for fresh towels, they said nothing is there. We are disappointed with the facility.

Shower mat was a bit dirty, managed to swap out for a new one straight away though so happy with that service. Didn't love the parking lot, we got back from a night time river cruise to find workers drinking out the back of their cars (boots were filled with quite a lot of alcohol so didn't feel too safe getting out of the car or leaving the car)

Room was very spacious, loved having a couch and the gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Free parking and all the complimentary toiletries in the room were massive bonuses, beds were super comfortable.

The pool, pool restrooms/changing area and pool area were very dirty. The pool heater must not of been working well. The kids about froze to death and I couldn't even get in. No pool towels. Had to ask for them twice. And you rarely could never find someone at the front desk.

The rooms were very clean and smelled good. The breakfast had a lot of options as well.

The pillows. Two was too much and one was like nothing, it was a fight all night with the pillows!

Room was spotless and very big. Staff was friendly. The bed was super comfortable, plenty of towels.

There was nothing close to the motel. 1 little pizza restaurant and not even any stores.

The breakfast was great and it was nice they had a restaurant for dinner. The pool and work out room were great! Everything was clean.

Poor noise isolation. My windows faced the street and I could hear all emergency sirens outside. It didn't hurt my sleeping but I'd prefer a quieter room.

Wet didn’t discover till about eleven or twelve that our room had ants really bad. The bathroom and kitchenette area had ants everywhere. Again we were in and out of the run but when we were settled for the night I seen something nice then noticed the swarm of ants ☹️

I had a problem with the fact I couldn’t take the steps unless an emergency. I fear of elevators so it kind of bothered me about the steps.

The sound insulation in the rooms was just terrible. Our room was located opposite the elevator, and it felt like the elevator was coming right into our room. Besides, any sounds and conversations in the neighboring rooms were also clearly audible.

Conveniently located at the entrance to the city, close to the airport and major highways. Very visible building, not to be missed. The rooms are quite clean and tidy. The staff is friendly, willingly answers any questions.

Well had a spill In my bathroom, maintenance was prompt in getting the Issue resolved had to go on another floor to get ice oh and front desk staff was not available sometime when I purchased items, had to look for them .

The overall stay was Great, very Quiet always looked &smelled clean inside and out, housekeeping did a wonderful job and the bed was very comfortable.

Looking out of our window was the roof and the HVAC system. It wasn't that bad at all. Just a surprise!
