Tv was questionable had a great maintenance man do his best to fix it. Floor was sticky tub wasn’t suitable for use Dust and cobwebs everywhere. Staff was very nice and realized they work for a cheap company about making repairs.

Needed a grab bar in shower, Breakfast bar not fully stocked within time frame..

Bed was comfortable, Room was clean and staff was helpful and courteous, I travel with a handicap and staff offered voluntarily to help take luggage to the room for us. Will return in October for a night stayover on the way back home when I determine a date for return..

Check in was very slow. I thought breakfast could have been a little better. More upkeep on the rooms.

Our first room the air conditioning was not working and when i went back to office he did accommodate me right away taking care of changing us to another room.

On the older side. Carpet stained. Refrigerator didn't work. Appeared to have black mold on the ceiling.

The light on the right side of the bed could not be plugged in. The coffee maker needed to be moved to the bathroom sink in order to be used. The hook to hang your clothes on the bathroom door was on the outside of the bathroom door.

the room was fine for what we wanted. We did not spend a lot of time in the room. The chairs and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The only thing that I would like to have was some fresh fruit.

In one of the rooms 225 the fridge didn't work we had a really hard time getting towels and the man working the morning shift was not very nice. I know they don't have control of this but our view was a repair shop with a lot of used tires stacked up and because of that there was a mosquito issue.

The bathtub was beyond disgusting. Also getting in and out wasn't safe. This was a very deep tub. It looked like an old jacuzzi. Hubby showered at a truckstop. I didn't have that luxury.

Walls are PAPER THIN! I'm never a fan of the conjoined room either. Totally a personal preference! But we could hear the family next door smacking their lips and farting.

Hot waffles were nice for breakfast.

The establishment needs updating. It was clean, but just a bit run down. The carpet was kinda dirty (I wore socks the whole time) and the curtain wouldn’t close all the way because of a broken runner (I used the hanger with the clips to close the gap in the curtain). However, the price was low and I sort of knew what to expect.

Quiet area and centrally located to our planned activities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bedding and towels were clean and all appliances were clean which was the most important thing to me.

It was not the cleanest place and I got charged twice. Still working on that. booked on line and paid on line and when I got there they said it was declined and had to pay again. When called booking.com They wanted a confirmation number which I never got. They said they would get back with me and I asked them if they had my number and they said they would find me. Never heard back from ya'll and you took my money. Will never go thru booking .com again it's a scam.

Rooms need updated and cleaned . Toaster only toasted one side of the toast . Carpet was dirty . The heating and cooling unit needs cleaned. Around the doors need new seals.

Location , it was quiet rooms were easily accessible. Staff was great to work with .

Curtains were falling down in room.(They did fix when they were told), loose baseboards, ants kept coming up in the shower. No table. Room very small.

The breakfast was poor. Waffle iron was dirty from the days before. No silverware Non smoking room smelled like smoke.
