No pillowcases had to call housekeeping. Bathroom sink drain would not open had to stuff paper from bar of soap under drain stopper to keep the drain open.

It would’ve been nice if there was extra toilet paper rolls in the bathroom but had to ask for some and the pillows were smaller than expected for king size bed. Only minor things that were no problem to deal with. Everything else was great!

The windows opened so was able to sleep with the cool night breeze coming in, which was great!! The shower head needed to be cleaned or changed and someone came up to the room within 30 minutes to put a new one on! Overall the room was clean and nice for the long weekend stay. The bed was comfortable but the pillows too small I thought. All of the staff I dealt with were nice and accommodating, thank you for that!

The first room we were given had a horrible smell and was clearly not ready. the door was open when we arrived and a broom was still inside. The second room had a pretty dirty bathroom. so much so that we went to Walmart and bought bathroom cleaner and sanitary wipes to clean up before we were comfortable enough to use the facility.

The breakfast had decent cold and hot options and was free. The restaurant next door was nice and we used it 3x during our 5 day trip.

The place wasn't dusted, comforter had stains on both beds, towels were worn out and the coffee pot was gross. The one pool had way too much chlorine in it.

The hotel could have been better upkept. The carpet is extremely old and wrinkly throughout the hotel ( tripping hazard). Everything seemed clean though.

The room was very humid. 75% humidity. Air conditioner cooled the air but didn’t remove humidity like it should.

Security locks did not work at back doors anyone could come in. Pool was out of order and this was not noted when we booked the room. Facility is dated. Hallway carpet is very worn and it gives the hotel a very tired look. Parking lot was very dark and in a wooded area it did not feel safe outside at night in this parking area.

Both tvs had been unplugged so they didn't work. We had to investigate why and discover that they were unplugged and had to call the front desk to get one of them working. Behind the cabinets was very dusty. Also we had to wipe down the sink and counters in the bathroom upon arrival.

The front desk staff was very helpful when we had an issue with our tv.

elevators are scary, pool wasn’t open, the headboards have 2 inches of dust on it, shower glass was dirty and wet, no channel guide, crumbs and dirt behind bed on bed frame (bed frame looks old in general) no mattress protector, no mattress pad. i saw so many things that disgusted me but that is probably just because i am a housekeeper. $100 for one night wasn’t bad though.

gave me a place to lay my head. the AC worked great!

they turned the fire pit off outside at 12pm, which is also the time the pool closes for adults. we were looking forward to sitting by the fire after the hot tub but it was off.

We were there three nights and had to go down to the desk to get clean towels. Our microwave didn’t work but they did fix that the same day.

Location was great! Breakfast was marginal one morning and better the next 2 mornings.
