The cups for the coffee were a little difficult with the pour over coffee. It could have been user error, not used to such fancy items.

It was easy and clean. The rooms were small, but the house was very quiet. There was more space for studying in the Common Room.

The room as small but that wasn't really a problem. We were disappointed in the coffee option--here is a quote from the manager's message when we booked: "Pour over coffee, Tea, french press, utensils, etc.". There was no french press. We travel with our own coffee and pour over filter so we managed but felt a bit duped.

strange, damp smell in the room, not sure why that is, but it has some sort of “aroma”- older place, so it is okay, just wanted travelers to be aware of it.

Ample parking. Cozy room with fireplace ready to use. Very comfortable beds. Easy access to tourist attractions, beaches and hiking trails. Rooms have many amenities, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and are well appointed. Would stay again

This was a very beautiful old house turned into a 4 rooms guest house. There was a shared lounge at the front with a table where we were able to eat and it felt very cosy. Games/ books were on offer. Breakfast was not available but there was a coffee maker and toaster oven available for use. The room was very cosy and the bed extra comfortable. We did not meet our host but she was available if we had needed anything.

The cleaning fee for stained towels/linens is a little egregious.

There wasn’t breakfast I’m assuming because of COVID. But the room did have an electric kettle, toaster oven and microwave. The room was cozy quiet and comfortable.

The bathroom stunk. I’m not sure if it’s a plumbing problem or something from another room, but we had to sleep with the windows open. The Summertime room should not be rented until the problem is fixed. For some reason, it was barely an issue when we self-checked in at 4pm, but at 9pm, it was nasty. There’s nobody on site, so we just suffered through it.

The location is good: in the middle of Ft Bragg, though being directly on Rt 1 means some road mouse.

The smell was awful (weird cleaning products?) and the decor was not at all attractive especially in the common areas. The inn is right on Highway 1 so also less peaceful than expected.

Many of the tourist shops we wanted to go to were closed for the season. Travel between June-Labor Day is advised.

Location, room, building, amenities, comfort, appearance and everything about the Country Inn was wonderful. It turns out that the owner had the same last name as us. She was very pleasant and helpful. Favorite place was the botanical gardens. We went to beach overlooks, but not the actual beaches. We plan to go back next spring.

Nothing!!

The Inn does not serve breakfast but there are many restaurants within walking distance. The Inn is quaint and quiet. We had a beautiful room with a fireplace and fantastic coffee. Christine the host was unbelievable, anything we wanted no matter what time of night she was there to help us. I recommend this Inn to everyone! Enjoy
