when we arrived we didn’t have a room as there was and “issue” with the system when I placed my reservation and mind you already charged $400. then had to drive 3.5hrs home in a thunderstorm at 9:30 at night. the front desk lady wouldn’t allow us to stay in the open rooms due to them being a king suite and wanted to charge me double what I already had paid.

There was a lot of stains on the furniture, and floors and common areas were often sticky for several days at a time. Our room smelled like mustard the first few days. We asked for it to be cleaned on the third day and especially requested the shampoo and conditioner be refilled. It was not cleaned. We asked again the next day again asking for the shampoo and conditioner to be filled and it was cleaned but not filled. I finally stopped a maid and told her, that day there were two partial bottles put in our room. The ice machine was not always operating. The AC in the room was hard to get adjusted to a comfortable level.

The breakfast was always good, hot and a variety.

Actually cannot think of anything. It would have been nice if there was a shuttle, but Uber came through.

Breakfast was terrific! Always had coffee even late in the day! Laundry was so nicely done. Very clean and bright. Bed was SO comfortable and pillows were amazing. No complaints at all. Bed was comfortable too. Cannot imagine anyone complaining about this place!

We would have preferred a motel on the east side of Omaha, but this was worth the drive.

We chose this motel based on the reviews, and we were not disappointed. The rooms were excellent, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the breakfast buffet was amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

We checked in and left a card on file. We got some snacks from the front desk and was told it would be charged to our room. Around checkout time the next morning the front desk started calling our room - we advised that we would be down shortly to pay the amount due for the snacks as they said they could not access our card?? The front desk associate then came to our room and was screaming at my husband that we were "broke" and could not afford the snacks. She demanded that he follow her to the front desk and pay immediately. My husband advised that he needed to get dressed and then would come down. 3 Minutes later she was calling the room again and SCREAMING, again, that we were broke. Mind you, the room had already been paid in full and this was over $23 in snacks!! It was humiliating and extremely unprofessional as we had EVERY intention to pay. Although everything besides the interaction with her was amazing, we will never go to this location again.

My sister's room wasn't cleaned when she checked in at 8 pm. I also didn't like the shampoo dispenser in the shower. It was dirty and caked on.

We had everything we needed and could not ask for more.

Breakfast had fresh, ample items to choose from. There was a pancake maker which was new and very good and fast. There were more choices that we had seen in other places. We would definitely recommend this motel.
