There is no in room coffee and that it isn't available until after 8:30am. If coffee was available earlier or in room I would have given a 9 or 10.

The room was very large, clean, comfortable, and in good repair.

The bar soap needs to be replaced. I know it sounds petty but it wasn't very easy to use. There wasn't anyone at the front desk when I left in the morning but wanted to tell them that the toilet needs to be addressed, it needs to be bolted down better, is loose.

It was close to where I was going, the room was clean and neat. The person at the front desk was really very nice, took the time to engage in conversation and made me feel welcome. I would stay here again if in the area.

Tv was broken, only 3 pillows on kind size bed, broken coke machine, terrible light leaks that make the room uncomfortably bright, toilet leaking and weird water damage in closet. Rooms walls are incredibly thin, got to hear both neighboring rooms conversations at the same time. Curtains had something gross on them, bed spread had large burn on it. Not the best room.

For the price, I can't complain.

This place was a nice alternative to a Motel 6. It has a fridge, microwave, and tub. Nothing fancy decor wise, but the bed was super comfy and it was clean. I like that it's family owned, and it felt that way. Excellent location for all of my appts, and an easy on/off of the freeway.

Very polite front desk person (owner?). Fast and easy check-in. Comfortable beds. Good hot water and water pressure. Easy parking in front of our room. Quiet environment (even though it is on a major highway)

Smell of fast food drive thru when you open bathroom window is kinda gross

Manager is a nice guy and works hard to make you feel at home. It’s always a nice sign when they remember your name and greet you with a smile. I like how the parking lot is set inside the property with security cameras. I usually sit poolside and enjoy a evening joint. I look forward to next summer and actually swimming.

The a/c worked great but it was pretty loud, I used earplugs because it was too hot to turn off. The bed was fine although only three pillows on a king sized bed is not enough for me. In the past I’ve been in room 104 and this was much nicer in my opinion. Also this room did not have the kfc drive thru directly behind it like 104 does, so the smell was much better in 115. Coke machine took my money but no soda.

Staff is always friendly. Stayed in room 115 and it was very large even with the king sized bed in it. There was a alcove with a table and chairs. The bathroom had a bathtub that was a little tricky to get the shower to work but it did work.

It isn't a 5 star hotel, but neither is the price.

We live a few hours from Santa Rosa have stayed here a number of times in the past 2 decades. Great location with easy access to hwy 101, downtown, and across the street from Costco and large shopping center including restaurants. We have stayed here with our dog, which compared to other lower priced motels/hotels like the Motel 6's in town, is much more comfortable. Run by the same people for years, I can say they are very nice and professional. The rooms are quiet, clean. in a vintage and homey way, and importantly has comfortable beds. Shower has good water pressure, Will continue using as our stop over in Santa Rosa.

Located adjacent a busy street with lots of street noise.

Rooms appeared to have been updated and were confortable. Area seemed to be safe. Pet fee was only $17.

PILLOWS ARE SMALL AND MORE THAN 3 IS BETTER.

It’s an older property so you need to anticipate that. There was a leak around the toilet base and shower needed some TLC but not awful. Overall quite clean so you can deal with an older property.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Our coffee pot didn’t work and it was changed out quickly. The sheets were nice and the room clean. Good value for a motel in favorable location. Easy access to hwy 101.
