Staff member was very rude 4/min after check out she made my children and i sit in the waiting area said the maid would get our things she over charged me for a room and was extremely rude and racist

The room was not clean. The floors were disgusting and the furniture was stained. The room had a weird smell. I'm glad I was only there 1 night. This hotel is nothing how the pictures described it. I will never stay here again. Definitely was not worth the money.

Sewer smell and muggy stench. literal tree view outside the window on the first floor. heating/cooling system not well regulated either too hot or too cold. TV too low and small for size view. Ironing board too small. Carpet was dirty. Could use a long mirror on the wall for getting dressed in the bedroom.

The carpet had a number of stains. The doors to the fridge and microwave were barely hanging on. The desk chair had torn edges in multiple places

The phone did not work, had a dial tone but could not call out or to the main desk downstairs. Only had a very small roll of toilet paper when we went into the room for the first time, maybe had 50 sheets left on roll. With a "kitchen" that had gobs of space under the sink, you would think there would be an additional trash can, let alone kitchen towel(s). The lamp in the bedroom did not work. Not enough hangers in the closet. Not enough towels and the only housekeeping was once and shorted us on a bath mat. Our last night had a bus of high school age students (?) who ran up and down the halls and stairs (we were the last room before the stairs). Noise was constant. We have stayed at your hotels on road trips and found them all new, clean and welcoming. This hotel seemed old and was not painted well in the bathroom nor tub clean as I would prefer. All staff was kind.

Check-in was easy and kind person behind desk. We were upgraded to a suite as we were staying 5 days. Was surprised and thankful. Bed was clean and room, for the most part, was clean.

First room was so dirty with hair all over the bed and the floor, spiders and webs were everywhere, and very dusty. They worker was understanding, friendly, and good customer service and provided us with another room, which was also dirty, but not as dirty as the first room.

The carpet had multiple sticky spots, there was hair in the bed, the chairs was stained pretty badly to the point I told the kids not to sit on it. The table tops and lamps weren't cleans well there was something on them like soda or something dried. Also on one bed there was something all over the box spring edge and dust ruffle looked like dandruff (I have no clue what it was) we got in extremely late and couldn't leave (I had just completed a 7 hr drive). We stopped because I could make it to our final destination otherwise I would have just left to another hotel. For $140 a night I just expect not to have cleanliness issues.

Our air conditioner was broken. Ran all night long. We could not adjust it or turn it off . Froze us out. Toilet seat was loose and sliding all over the place. No water pressure. Pretty hard to shower

Our room was clean. Staff was friendly. I had requested a disability room but they were out when we checked in. Another guest traded us rooms and they upgraded us to a suite. That was nice
