What I didn't like was having to leave!! We just had such a peaceful stay.

The staff there were so sweet!! They made my family feel so welcome. They were the nicest staff I have ever had at a hotel stay!! The breakfast was excellent!! Everything was so clean and nice. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Also they had the best shampoo and conditioner and Dove body wash. It was really nice. 10 out of 10!!!

The only thing i can say bad is the pool could be a little bigger. No, hot tub but that's not a stay stopper for me. This is just just being picking to me but I love the the over all stay. I will be staying again.

The front desk ladies were great. Breakfast is amazing it has great options to choose from and it was hot tasteful. This is my go to hotel evey time I'm in Lagrange i would not trade this hotel for any other and the price is great.

Upon arrival, check in was smooth but when we got to our room it was nasty, almost like it hadn't been cleaned!!! The toilet was nasty, bathtub had dirty in it!

The staff was friendly and very polite! They mad the stay better, and made it very easy to talk to them, very understanding and made sure I had everything I needed.

The staff would not let us check in 12 minutes early and all other travel companions at other hotels could check in early. Our room was missing a chair, heating went out in the middle of the night and we had not hot water for the shower. The next morning went for breakfast and there was no breakfast left and power went out which we understand but we were not contacted by any staff regarding any of these situations. We paid $170 for a room we were just expecting more.

Bed was comfy, we also liked having the coffee maker in the room.

There was nothing I disliked about the hotel and our stay.

We were welcomed by two very friendly staff members at the front desk. They were helpful and sincere in their efforts to make our stay a great one. The location was perfect for us, very close to the highway with easy on and off access. The breakfast was beyond my expectations. It was delicious and was an enjoyable bonus to a very comfortable stay.

The only thing I would say was the walls in the hotel are pretty thin we were able to hear our neighbors a little but nothing massive

Loved the staff! The hotel was extremely clean and extremely comfortable, I was very upset that we were only there for one night. The fitness room was amazing the pool area was clean and the staff offered us complementary drinks of our choice at check-in. What really made this a terrific stay for us was the hot breakfast that was served. Every since covid I have yet to run into a hotel that serves something other than muffins and bagels for breakfast, so that was a major Plus for us! Next time I visit this area this is definitely the hotel I am staying at. There are several restaurants and shopping all close by close enough to actually walk!!

The staff was so friendly and had smiles on there faces even when they had customers upset and fussing at them for things they didn’t have no control over .. I lost my cellphone at check in and they called my husband to make sure that I got my phone back!! Great customer service!!

We arrived with a reservation of two queens with 3 occupants. Checked in and received our key. Went upstairs and key did not work, came back down and she fixed it and we went back up. The room we were given was a king. Only a king bed, no pull out sofa for our son. Went back downstairs and was told our queen room had been given away and they were fully booked. Staff acted like she didn’t want to be there, was rude, acted annoyed and walked away from us. An occupancy of 3 does not fit in 1 king bed. She asked if we would like to check out. I requested to speak to a manager that found us a room and resolved the issue. We were there with other families and unfortunately our experience was not the only negative one. Would not book there again.

I did not like that the “king suite” turned out to be a queen size bed. when I asked about this at checkout, the lady gave me the run around and said that it was a king bed. obviously it was not. the sheets had a couple dirty spots on it. the hotel had an overall musty smell.

I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. they had many options and it was all very tasty. also most of the staff that I encountered was super nice. the bed was pretty comfortable.
