Front desk Staff were hopeless and very unhelpfully when asked the simpilist of questions... eg: where do I take the bus to Manhattan from the mall, how can I get into Manhattan nor were they able to give info about local area....plus The front desk staff were extremely challenged when I had two reservations back to back..... they found it difficult to consolidate my stay or allow me to stay in the same room. I did stay in the same room after 2 tiresome discussions.

Location perfect. The Jersey Mills was 5 min walk. Great outlet shopping. Plus $7 each way from mall to Manhattan..... quick and easy. The free shuttle from P4 Newark was great. Room was recently renovated.... very comfortable.

Waiting at the airport for the free shuttle, doesn’t come anywhere as near as the other nearby hotels, last time I waited 50 mins, I eventually rang the hotel.

Location suits me, near the airport & the shopping mall with a bar/restaurant next door for evening meal. Continental breakfast sufficient to get one started. Snack bar in the lobby, always handy. Beds very comfortable, bathroom clean, staff friendly. I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times before & Will in the future, have always been happy. It has a car park-small fee. They’ve held my bags after check out, all making my stay very satisfactory.

The desk staff could not find my reservation. It was not in their system. They had to create one.

No heat because it wasn’t wired and connected. Room was new and not finished. Microwave didn’t work. It was all labeled in French language!

Breakfast was good. Front lobby is very nice. Staff was constant cleaning that area.

I had to pay an additional $249.00 when I arrived When I booked the rooms it was supposed to be prepaid in full. I was not happy about this.

The hotel had changed names since our booking and we were not informed. So stood outside in very windy cold(in the teens) weather for almost 2 hrs waiting for transport, with 2 children. Was expecting a pool it was under construction. That was a deciding factor on choosing this hotel. Laundry facilities were also not available.

The breakfast was good. The staff was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Joel on the desk overnight was awesome. One of the transporters, I didn't catch his name, was also great.

There was construction in the front desk area and around the building so first impressions were a little rough. The pool wasn't working so that was a disapointment, but we were in and out so quickly that it didn't much matter.

The room was big, clean, and comfortable. The staff at breakfast were so nice, to myself and my family. The women at the front desk checking in as well as the bus driver were all professional and very friendly. The people checking in in front of me spoke no english and the front desk attendant used google translate on their phone to make sure they understood and had everything they needed. it was all greaat
