NetherlandsStaff does not respond to messages sent via Booking.com. You must call ahead if you need pick-up from airport. Pick-up from the airport must be arranged by phone call but there are no directions about where and when you will be picked up. The van used for pick-up seemed too have only one working set belt. Staff is friendly but incompetent. There is no signage in the hotel, e.g. elevator, vending/ice machines. AC was very noisy.
The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with towels and toiletries. Windows could open for fresh air. The room itself was quite spacious. Lots of outlets and USB ports. Breakfast was included but I didn't partake. I was very tired and preferred to sleep in. Noon check-out is great. (Most hotels have 11am check-out.) I was initially given a room on the ground floor but asked for a room on another floor. Staff was not difficult about making the change.

It has an airport shuttle to and from the hotel. The staff and drivers were friendly. They serve a cold breakfast from 3 a.m. to 6 a.m. for travellers that have early flights.

United StatesThe room on the first floor was noisy. Guests above us were loud. I asked to move, but was told the noise was coming from replacing carpet in the upstairs hallway and would be resolved by the end of the day. I was pretty certain the loud talking and footsteps weren't coming from the hallway. The second night wasn't any better. On the third day, I asked to be moved or to check out. We were given a new room on the third floor. Seeing the renovated room, I can see how the hard flooring is causing excessive noise for downstairs guests. I wouldn't choose to stay in this hotel again knowing that I'll be hearing upstairs occupants walking around and dropping things on the hard floor.
The room we moved to on the third night on the third floor was a significantly more comfortable room. I would have been more satisfied to have this option on the first night. There were a few minor repairs needed in the first-floor room, and didn't meet my expectations as a Radisson property.

CanadaThe fitness facility was dated and the main machine was broken as were two other electronic bikes. The hotel bore some signs of wear and tear and could use a facelift. The distance from everything is a drawback without a car.
The Hotel is good value for money especially for families. They serve a hot breakfast every morning and coffee is available 24/7 for guests. The free shuttle to the airport is a bonus. The room is spacious and very quiet. The main drawback is the location that is far from everything even the airport. If you rent a car it is not a big deal as parking is available on-site but without it, you would have to rely on the shuttle to get to the airport and then to downtown from the CTA. Otherwise, a decent hotel for the price.

IndiaCleanliness of rooms, breakfast options, shuttle availability, response from the hotel staff on booking. Communication was a mess till i reached the hotel. Inspite of sending multiple messages via booking.com officially they did not respond and they did not send the shuttle to the airport to pick me up. Apparently we had to call the hotel to reserve the shuttle, which is mentioned nowhere on the booking platform. It was a not a great experience standing and waiting for an hour for a shuttle that was never going to arrive. And this was a booking done over 2 weeks before arrival giving them ample time and notice.
