Bed not comfy, bathroom is old and patched up

I did not like that the bathtub did not have a stopper to collect the water in it and the curtain in the breakfast room was torn and had a huge hole in it.

I liked that the staff was helpful to put us in a different room that had no issues with the foul odor that was in the room when i arrived and their breakfast was great.

Staff were friendly and welcoming, and quickly moved us to a new room when neighbours were disturbing us. Room was a bit tired but clean, and towels/bedding were spotless. Area was quiet.

No one on the premises. Heater in our room didn't work. It was a cold and uncomfortable night. No one on premises to help.

Employees don't work 24h, soo if you have any issue, you are basically ignored by everyone until the next day. Also, If you don't have a cellphone due to not being American, you don't have any kind of way yo contact them.

The day we checked out it was about 11:15 and the cleaning lady (I didn't see her or get her name I was getting ready to shower) told my friend I was with that it was time for us to go and my friend Said I was still packing and the worker told her I needed to chop chop because we had to go. I heard her because I had the bathroom window open. I told her excuse me do not tell me to chop chop because we have until 12. She then said no you don't you need to chop chop and get out of here. I said you don't need to speak to guests like that. She said I can do what I want now get your stuff and go. Horrible attitude. I tried to call the front desk, but no answer. So I brought up my reservation email to show that it says 12. She was gone by then. And she didn't come back. I was absolutely appalled by the way she yelled and spoke to me and my friend. That was absolutely unacceptable and I hope she doesn't speak to anyone else like that. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay. I'm sorry I didn't get a name. I was in room 219. This happened on 10/06/22.

It was clean, the front desk man was very nice and polite. It was in a great location. 👍

Room wasn’t the worst and got us by. It was conveniently located.

The hours the employee/owner was there in the office could be inconvenient. He was rude when I asked for more toilet paper. Why didn’t we have an extra role of toilet paper. The shower curtain was hung totally wrong so water squirted outside of shower. Shower curtain ended up falling off the wall.

Not exactly clean—you can see cockroaches and other insects. Walls are very thin. A/C is not that strong.

Price is among the lowest. Walkable to downtown Mountain View (around 20 mins). WiFi is sometimes reasonably fast (when not under peak traffic).

There was limited check in hours since the front desk is closed in the middle of the day for a few hours.

The room was very clean and had a great shower. Our two night stay was made perfect by refreshing showers with good water pressure and a large clean room we could make ourselves at home in.

It was within close driving distance of Shoreline Amphitheater There was a market just across the street that was very convenient

old bathrooms really needed an update. bring your own pillows there’s are like rocks. If you want to place to crash for the night if you’re seeing a show at the shoreline this would be it.

The first room had issues. The second room had a funky smell, possibly bed bugs& the floor was comming apart. But for the price it worked felt itchy by the bedding.
