Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. From simple things like no cable or internet on both tvs to the pool and jacuzzi being too dirty to use. To no one properly explaining where they served breakfast. Also without the Ac on the whole time the room smelled. My room was also supposed to have a sofa and there was none. Overall very disappointing to say the least

The floors were dirty. I mopped them myself. The water was black. They're mop wasn't good and the bucket didn't wring it out hardly at all. It slopped water. It was just too much. The management was nice and gave me breakfast even though i was late. A+ on that, but all they did is say sorry instead of trying to give me some money back after i showed them the dirty mop water.. Smelled like cigarettes really bad

Parking lot doesn't feel safe. Pool is gross and not usable. Staff hires the drug addicts to do maintenance around the property. During our entire stay including at night there was a meth head chiseling at the sidewalk in front of the office with a hammer all night long!

Its dirty. Cockroaches and different bugs inside the room. Dirty towels and no cleaning everyday. There were still trash inside the room from the last/past customers. Price is still too much for that kind on service. Atleast the bed was clean (hopefully).

The pool was not open and was green. The room was pretty dirty. I had to wear socks or shoes the whole time or my feet were black on the bottom. The desk was pretty busted up, the lamp wouldn’t turn off unless you unplugged it, the desk chair was filthy and a little rickety, they pressure washed the walkways and all of the debris is stuck all over my car, there was what looked like dog hair stuck on the side of the tub and on the freezer inside.

The best was surprisingly comfortable and the AC worked great. The staff was also very kind.

There were coach roaches on the floor when we checked in. there was not a plug in the bathtub the first day I told the manager and the next day I received a plug. there was no water in the jacuzzi and the pool was dirty. the pool has rust in some areas. air conditioner needed new filters.

The staff was friendly. the cleaning people were friendly. the bag of breakfast was okay. the air worked great. I was able to get fresh towels everyday.

overall the property is…for lack of a better word in the ghetto area of the city. Right outside the hotel is a transient encampment on the sidewalk which kinda sets the mood for what your gonna find at the hotel. There was fly’s throughout the halls on every level. I understand not wanting to discriminate against people coming in to try and rent but there was multiple groups of people just hanging out in the parking lot and near the stairs smoking and drinking. The two rooms we saw were a 2 queen bed which was filthy, stains and cigarette burns everywhere, poop stains on the toilet from not being cleaned, etc the list goes on. The second room they relocated us too was better but still not clean, no running shower water, and a wad of poop smeared on the doorframe of the bathroom….. If your in a pinch or on a budget then this might be your only hope, otherwise if your staying with family I would definitely avoid.

the staff was awesome for the most part. the female manager was very nice understanding and accommodating. She was honestly probably the best thing about the property. We voiced our concerns on the cleanliness of the room and she immediately understood and offered to relocate us.

The room was clean but at the same time was dirty, or looked to be dirty. The sleeper couche was heavily stained, the cloth chair in bedroom was stained, the plastic or wooden chair for the desk was dirty, the room smelled bad, etc, the pool was not at all what we were expecting from the pics

The side window has an outside light, the curtin wasnt able to block out the light, Tv wasnt working, there was no soap or shampoo and conditioner...the receptionest even had an attitudeafter tell her about the Tv and no sp and shmpoo..she said there is and walk out door without checking...

The air conditioning went out for a few hours and the suite got very uncomfortable quickly. the television in the first room turned on but we couldn’t get any programming. Didn’t receive any response to our messages we left for the air conditioning.We didn’t bother to report the television problem because we didn’t receive any response about the AC. Didn’t receive any response from Booking.com either!

it’s like a decent hotel, but take hotel vouchers from the county. police was there every night sweating the parking lot. The two nights, I was there. I didn’t like that part.

Outlets for laptop were hard to find. Floor was dirty. Small cockroachs were found alive and crawling. Small red bugs in the bed. Air conditioner didn't blow cold.

Inn has residents who live there and wander the parking area.. Exterior was dirty with cig. butts and filled trash bags. Some areas of the hallways were scary dark. Shower had no water pressure and difficult to turn on.Dead bolt did not seem secure.

Very firm mattress. Elevator worked. T.V. and appliances worked. Husband says our room was clean.
