There was nothing we didn’t like about this property! Everything was perfect!

There was a lot to love about this property but just to name a few, the amazing work staff, great location, free breakfast, and the amazing pool!

This big house is perfect for our family 6 people. Everyone has 1 bed. We arrived at about 9pm they left a very clear instruction for us to serve ourselves. Very comfortable house and yard. Quiet place and perfect location to all nearby attraction places. I would recommend it to everyone wants to visit Keywest. Breakfast is simple but the view is very good for me to enjoy it. Staffs are very polite btw

We didn't like the plastic or styrofoam tableware. We would prefer more sustainable reusable tableware. The styrofoam melts when you put a hot, freshly toasted bagel on it.

We loved our stay at Courtney's Place. The staff were great, the common areas nice and the location outstanding. Like many island locations, it is not "fancy" but it is comfortable, clean and the perfect option for six of us gal pals to stay in the same place. We reserved three rooms and each had plenty of room; the kitchen areas were nice to have, and we enjoyed ordering in one night and sitting by the pool. Continental breakfast was nice, and we enjoyed Whiskey the Bird and the roosters :) Thanks to everyone there for making it a great vacation!

The breakfast food is terrible. Bed-and-breakfast usually means a better breakfast than what we got.

The room was spacous and remodeled, not dingy or worn out but rather everything was was new and spiffy. The location is a perfect distance from the world-famous Duval street.

Our cottage was very nice. The breakfast had lots of choices and we enjoyed it. The ladies were all very nice and helpful as we planned our days.

The rooms were a bit small without a lot of storage. The entry doors to the room were glass and wood with a curtain room side. Felt a bit open and not really private at first, but we got used to it.

The room was pleasant. I loved the way the outside room area connected to the patio area, very private from outside tourist view. The pool area was small but lovely. All in all, it was a nice stay.

Minor item, but the towels were really scratchy. I'm a sucker for fluffy, white hotel towels, but these were just functional. Again, minor! The huge pool towels were nice though!

The cottages were really cute and had everything we needed. The pool was so nice to come back and hop into and cool off after so much walking! The staff was friendly and courteous. The location was great. We definitely would return and stay there and recommend!

The breakfast, for the money we paid we were expecting a little bit more than what was on offer, it was just a spread of cereal bars, boiled eggs, plain bagels, with jam and some soft cheese, we were expecting more of a breakfast and the coffee was not nice. We were only staying one night so were not going to self cater so ate out instead of eating anything here.

Location was in easy walking distance of Duval Street and easy to walk to all the main areas of Key West. The cottages are very unique and lovely to look at with a small car park provided which was a great bonus

the beds were a bit uncomfortable but not horrible. you could tell they were just old

location was perfect, nestled in a quiet area however close enough to duval and all the restaurants & shops. Loved the quaintness of the place. All of the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was your typical continental and there was plenty of variety. Very nice big area in back with tables & chairs, covered with a tiki hut (big), soda machine and ice machine.

We parked our car on arrival and never moved it until we checked out 3 days later. Everything is in walking distance. Courtney's Place is cute, clean, and friendly. Best continental breakfast. Highest standards of cleanliness and service. Old Florida Key West 2.0. Loved it.

The Roosters are supposed to crow at dawn. Unfortunately, Key West Roosters do not have alarm clocks!

A tranquil Oasis within 2 blocks of Duval. This location ticks ALL the boxes. Self check in great apartment well stocked with everything including a juicer and breakfast thrown in! Staff can not do enough for you. Free parking and good WIFI added to our satisfaction rating. Don't tell too many people or we might not get in next time. Would I stay there again? We would not stay anywhere else!

The rental was not cheap, but still we enjoyed our stay.

The apartment we rented was spacious and well kept. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The property is an easy walking distance from many attractions in Key West and we enjoyed out stay there very much.

Great place to explore Key West. Very central, close to main attractions. Quiet, with great breakfast, with roosters joining the breakfast - a special experience. Very friendly staff. Great small pool, very useful to end the day.
