We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We were 3 adults in a double queen bed room, it was spacious enough and comfortable. Really liked everything about the hotel, from the convenient parking to the terrace and breakfast options (covid permitting) that were not spectacular but hit the spot and were reasonably affordable. Thank you!

United StatesStaff rude, overpriced and hotel very loud. For a 400 dollar room we were placed in a room that was road side. The road noise kept my family awake until 2 am on the eve of our RPI graduate's commencement! Shame on you! To do that to our family!
This hotel is unfriendly, over priced, and not helpful in assisting RPI families. They would not assist in harnessing a cab, only to find out that RPI was sending a shuttle for the commencement.

United StatesBreakfast was a separate charge unlike other Marriot hotels we’ve stayed in. Then it was overpriced for the meager food we got. Plus the timing ended WAY too early for west coast bodies—9:00 a.m. That’s 6:00 a.m. for us. The drain in the shower was clogged. Bathroom not well cleaned.
