How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Great hotel - the room was a really good size and high standards of cleanliness. Staff were all really helpful and friendly. The waterpark pool was an added bonus for the kids! perfect location for exploring the parks. Would recommend strongly!

Anaheim tapwater is gross and bottled water is expensive. Coffee stand opens kind of late (if you have kids) at 6:30a. Either get in line for coffee at 6:15, or wait until the rush clears by 6:45/7.
Rooms were big and had enough beds that we might have been able to squeeze our family of 6 (5 adults, one kid) into a single room. Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Valet was quick when it was time to go. This hotel is closer to the main gate than the disneyland parking lot. It was maybe a 10 minute walk (with a 7 year old). So convenient!

It’s expensive. If they aren’t going to clean the rooms, they probably need bigger trash cans and maybe a recycling bin.
Location And water park are wonderful. Staff was really nice.

The tub/shower did not drain well. We only used the walk in shower because of that.
Property was clean, staff was friendly and walking distance to Disneyland.

I did not dislike anything.
Everything! Holiday decorations were so nice. Bistro in lobby with Starbucks coffee was very convenient including little store.

The wifi was really poor. I got overcharged as well for the extreme data.

Comfortable, clean hotel in a great location for Disneyland! The room was great for our family of 6, with bunkbeds and and extra shower. We loved the fun pool/waterpark and views of the Disneyland fireworks from our balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff. Can’t wait to come back!

Super close to Disneyland park . The kids loved the water park. The bistro downstairs was yummy . Valet staff is friendly and very helpful . Can’t wait to stay again !

Valet parking person didn't know how to use our key fob, which was OK, but didn't take time to ask. Valet parking manager addressed the situation diplomatically and did rapid service recovery.
Exceptional service from staff. Courteous and friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. Our stay was short but appreciated the extra touches of having a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Beds were super cozy! Water park was awesome!

The price for 3 margaritas was $45, a bit outrageous for the small size and mediocre taste. Reservations for the pool area was only once a day- bummer.
Location was great for Disney visitors. Staff was very helpful and gave contact information for services we needed. Pool and splash pad was awesome. Hopefully next stay we won’t have to make reservations. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Housekeeping was prompt when requests were made.

I can't think of anything that was available at the time which could have been better. The staff did their best to accommodate the guests with the restrictions that were in place because of Covid. We were very pleased.
For a quick, local getaway it was just what we needed. The water park was excellent fun for my 2 boys. Having a restaurant right on the grounds was very accommodating. All of the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our time very much.

The location was great- less than 10 minutes walk to Disneyland! And the water park and pool was amazing! The rooms are larger than they looked in pictures. Wonderful hotel!

The hotel has only 2 medium size elevators and because of the social distance there was a huge line to the elevator to go to the room. ; The water power in the shower was very weak and the mattress was way too soft what make it difficult to sleep
