The front door is not well marked so it was difficult to see in the rain when we first arrived.

Floors/ceilings were not soundproof . Children above were so noisy jumping around that I could even hear them through my headphones . You can even hear people get up in the night to blow their nose and go to the toilet .

Poor water pressure. Lack of continental breakfast. No shuttle to airport.

The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed nearby Mexican food and convenience of the bus stop.

The distance between the bar and seating area could be widen more due to the conflict with services at the reception and how one can enjoy the fireplace atmosphere. Parking costs 15 dollars daily. Bus 158 connects the hotel and Port Imperial.

Overall very clean and neat. About 5-6 years old therefore the facility is well functioning. There is a microwave provided maybe helpful to some users.

Our stay could have been longer.

The Food was very good. The Room was nice and clean. The Bed was comfortable and the Bathroom had a great shower. The Staff was friendly and helpful. The Coffee bar in the morning was very appreciated. We didn’t have any breakfast but it looked good. It was easy to get to New York City via bus and Ferry. It was located in a quiet area with different Shops and Restaurants. A Two Minute Walk to the Hudson River, from where you can see the Manhattan Skyline. Overall a lovely Hotel.

Slow internet, the in-room hotel TV navigation system didn't work. Heard several guests complaining about parking issues (make sure to inquire). The door leading to the hallway has a large gap at the bottom that allows all noises to enter, even making it seem like someone is entering your room. Housekeeping is done every 2 days. No room could have view to the river

Quiet location, good dining space, spacious room, nice bathroom, friendly staff, large and comfortable bed. Free Wi-Fi, though slow compared to what you can get elsewhere.

Starbucks has what you needed. The value for money was good. Clean, although they don't offer housekeeping unless requested. Staff friendly.

The room was clean, and the beds made you want to sleep all day. The staff was great, the breakfast was good, and my son loved his time in the pool. The location was ok. Not too good, but ok.

There was an event/party at the time, music was really loud. And front desk staff were really rude, not friendly at all.

LACK OF WATER BOTTLES .... attempted to purchase Saturday evening ...NO WATER BOTTLES TO PURCHASE ...WATER BOTTLE FRIDGE TOTALLY EMPTY😵received 2 limited complimentary water bottles ...The view from our room NOT VERY SPECTACULAR ... CARS & PARKING LOTS😒

The location is FABULOUS ... With spectacular view of THE CITY ... "SUGGESTION" ...ON SUNDAY- BREAKFAST SHOULD SPILL OVER FOR BRUNCH @least up to 2pm ...after a SATURDAY NIGHT OUT I believe most people would appreciate an indoor BRUNCH 🙂 PAT BEAUTIFUL INDIVIDUAL ...ladies with HOUSEKEEPING

Great breakfast, a Starbucks Coffee Corner in the hotel, nice gym + swimmingpool and the food in the bar is good too. Besides, the location is very close to the Hudson River, nice location!

So comfortable and quiet, with effective blackout blinds. The pool was lovely and so warm, parking was near and in garage, staff was helpful.

The need to constantly asking for four bath towels for our party was annoying.

The location suited our needs. The room was comfortable as were the beds. The on site laundry facilities were a bonus. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.
