Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

MexicoMore staff in the front desk, there was just one person doing everything: taking calls, checking in guests, solving questions. It delay our check-in and the person felt stressed not giving the correct attention to every guest. There aren't a lot of restaurants around the hotel.
Close to the airport, avoiding the menace of city traffic. The place is nice and comfortable if you want to spend a few days.

The shuttle at the airport was not available despite we sent a message to the hotel notifying our arrival and you need to tell them that you need it for going to the airport back otherwise you won’t see it. CanadaWe asked for a room on a higher floor, but it wasn't given. Nobody helped us with our luggage, we had 5 pieces and had to drag it through the hotel lobby etc. The bed had a dip in it and wasn't the most comfortable sleep.

CanadaThe cleanliness of the room was questionable, it's definitely older and in need of some refreshment. The carpet and the couch had multiple stains on them. The sofa bed mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. We called to get sheets for it and after an hour I had to go down to get them so my daughter could go to sleep and the staff were not the most friendly (they were not rude, just quite unbothered). We had to pay 30$ for an early check-in (2 hours early).
The location was good for a night before an early flight, we took a lyft to the airport and it took less than 10 mins. The size of the suite was good for a family of 5.

United StatesIf you’re not driving you are stuck taking a $20 cab charges, also the guest have to get lost first before we locate where we are going I was unable to utilize breakfast because I was never told the times or location of anything in the hotel but my room, I was never informed about the shuttle and thats one of the reasons I choose your hotel.

United StatesI had my own transportation, so I didn’t use the shuttle. However, you have to pay for parking, and there is a big sign that says, ‘Park at your Own Risk.’ That didn’t sit well with us because the parking was not free, yet you were parking at your own risk. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the room was outdated.
The location was great; it’s close to the airport. The lobby is very nice and clean. The room was clean, and the staff was professional and friendly.
