I booked the Bluebonnet room for a meal from Olive Garden after my moms funeral. It was perfect and the staff at the restaurant were at your hotel were very helpful. We were there on April 13th. Thank you for your help.

We opted for a King with pull out sofa bed to save a little money, but the sofa beds need to be replaced immediately. The mattress was stained and so thin you could feel the springs. The couch and ottoman were visibly dirty as well. No linens were provided for this bed except for a flat sheet and very worn pillow. The shower curtain was torn as well- not a big issue, but attention to detail is what makes a difference between booking again or staying elsewhere.

The location was great. Conveniently close to shopping and restaurants. The hotel staff was very helpful. The restaurant and bar was a great option.

The bed was hard, pull out sofa was uncomfortable, and one of the towel bars (in the bathroom) was just sitting on the area/ledge between the toilet and sink.

The lobby, greeting and Starbucks area were nice. Room looked nice, at first glance.

Bed was very bad....we kept rolling to the center ....room 131. Pillows were also very flat. If mattresses were better, we would have been much more comfortable. Also, vent fan in bathroom needs cleaning. Does not work well.

The shower didn’t work right. I had trickles of water out of the faucet head and also water coming out of the faucet at the same time I was there because a family member had been transferred there from Spring, Texas because there were no beds available there. I told the front desk I didn’t know how long I would be there and after 2 days, my Aunt was released from the hospital and I had to follow the ambulance back to her home that day, because there was no one else there to take care of her. When I checked out, I was charged for that night even though I didn’t stay. That sucked.

One big reason we chose this hotel was for the indoor pool and hot tub so we could relax, and we found it to be closed. The bedding and bathroom were clean but the coffee bar with the microwave and fridge were dusty as if had not been cleaned in a while.

Well to start the room was ok until we found roaches in the closet while we were looking for an additional pillow and blanket. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable once we went to bed. I was very disappointed in the stay over all.

Staff was very friendly. We were able to check in early which was great. We even got a call from staff to make sure our accommodations were acceptable which we said yes.

We did not have any hot water the entire weekend. I was there for my son’s wedding and I had to go out of the hotel to shower elsewhere the entire weekend. When we made the complaint, they stated that it’s just problem when we just have to deal with it. They were not making any accommodations to help us or move to a different room. They stated they were full. also, the bathroom light burnt out and started smoking from the top. They didn’t replace it for at least an hour. I believe I deserve an entire refund.

The toilet seat was coming loose and the bathroom door would not close. The size of the room did not meet the cost of what I paid for it. It was also little noisy when trying to sleep.

Bath tub molding uneven and it scraped my foot. The bathtub drain was SLOW. I had to stand in water up to my ankles when showering. It took over 30 minutes to 1 hour for the water to drain. Please note that this happened showering.
