This hotel was a great place to stay. The staff was so courteous & friendly. It is 15 min drive to Evansdale campus. Everything was very clean. With it being move in weekend & totally chaotic this staff went above & beyond!!

I booked a King, but the nice guy are the desk told us he only had a Queen with a Mountain View. He offered a discount for the error. Check in was fast. The room was perfect, clean, smelled good, and modern. Wonderful view of the mountain. Also, lots of restaurants and shopping near. Highly Recommend.

The soap and shampoo in the room was not even enough for one person and we were two. These small sample sizes need to go and you need to stock larger bottles. Otherwise, the bath and room were good. We will stay again but bring our own body wash and shampoo.

The breakfast was called "grab and go" which is a collection of packaged cereals, yogurt, muffins, and some fresh fruit like bananas. Coffee was hot and strong, the way we like it. They did have cold milk and canned juices also.

The pool area was not clean. We saw hair, false eye-lash, fake nail and an ant colony while in the pool area. Restaurant was not open in the evening as expected. The HVAC in the room was noisy and I did not get much sleep.

Desk Staff were efficient, kind enough, though not trying to spare any advice or aide us in where to locate a luggage cart.

Great location, walking proximity to good dinner. Pool was fun for the kids. Bar was busy when we arrived for something going on at the conference center which seemed nice but not as calm of a check in as I was expecting. Room felt clean and well kept and had a nice view of the river.

There needs to be a way the hotel can inform guest about facility closures prior to booking. We booked this hotel specifically to relax in the pool after a long drive and as soon as we check in, it’s closed.

Everything looked and smelled extremely clean. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and if you get a city side room there’s a beautiful view.

First room bathroom dirty. Switched rooms it seemed ok . I then started to get in shower and it had hair in it. GROSS this used to be excellent hotel but I won’t be back.

Reserved a king bed. Got up to the room and found two queens. Told there were no kings available despite our reservation. Some kind of leak in the lobby with a can collecting the water and a dehumidifier. No air conditioning in the lobby. Despite what they advertise on their web site, the bar and restaurant are closed. The fire pit was covered and unusable. Black mold on the ceiling tiles to our room. The shower is designed to be open with only half of it having a glass wall. Water was all over the bathroom floor and really slippery until wiped up. Room did not look cleaned. Just the beds made.

Easy to find. Great Mountain View. Bed was comfortable.
