Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThey advertised breakfast. Felt scammed. There were other hotel guests wondering what happened. The hotel placed some cold, boxed items on the bar, there was no staff around, no one offered to make anything, coffee container was empty, nothing hot offered despite having what looked like a fake English muffin with egg and sausage as well as bagels on display. God knows how long those had been sitting there.
The hotel felt clean which is most important to me.

United StatesBooking said breakfast was included but staff said it was just a $15 off promo. They raised the promo to $30 but it still cost me $30+ even after the promo was applied. They should have honored the full amount. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were hollow. The chair in our room could have been more clean as well; stains on the seat and sides. The elevator inspection expired in 2022 with no updated paperwork indicating it had been recently inspected.
Happy to learn the pool was reopened. Staff was friendly. Chef at breakfast was very kind to our kids. He even offered extra potatoes at no cost. Room was clean.

United States1. the bath drain and plug in room 330 are not sealing and one needs to keep faucet running whilst taking a bath - shocking neglect by a company of Marriott’s stature! 2. I appreciated the Launderette on L2. Surely the manager must know to keep a supply of quarters for guests?! instead staff look flustered when one ask for quarters! 3. The Bistro is a dismal attempt at being one despite the great layout and general concept. I ask for burger - oh, we are out of burgers. soup? oh, that takes an hour go heat it up. ok, what about wings ( for $13!) Really now…

United StatesI felt that the bathroom could have been cleaner. The shower didn't look clean at all and I just decided not to use it at all I waited until I got home. there was also a random wet spot on the rug that I was not sure what it was.
The price was the main reason for my stay. Also the location was very convenient to get around to the restaurants and bars in the area. I loved the comfy love seat they had as well.
