I certainly feel like parking needs to be reevaluated. I did not feel safe where I had to park. When I got to my room, it was outdated. The refrigerator was not cold. I had to push a button to make it cold. It took over an hour for my room to cool down because the air conditioner did not want to come on.

The gentleman at the checkout desk was exceptional! He was very friendly and very informative. Honestly, other than him there is nothing else in particular that I could rave about.

Laurie S. Was at the front desk when we checked in. People like her should never be the first person you encounter in a business. Not friendly or welcoming. Didn't want to address the problem we had with no regular coffee in our room. The next morning she saw us at the front desk waiting to speak to someone she looked my daughter straight in the eye more than once and didn't respond to us. When she finally came to the desk we asked to have our trash taken out and our coffee replenished. Her response to that was if we wanted that we should have told her the previous night. Dealing with her as a representative of the business was not a pleasant experience.

Room was small, esp. when couch was pulled out. Toilet ran whole time, would not flush last day. Trash can too small to be useful. Pool was closed. Fridge not very effective. It was a small room for 3 people!

There was no microwave in the room; fridge was extremely small; king bed was too big for a room that size-had to squeeze between bed and sofa to get out one side; tried to open closet mirror doors and they almost fell off the track. I expected more from a Marriott hotel. Very disappointed.

Bed could have had more pillows and room could have been bigger to have a king size bed. And the hall ways were very cold. Also the breakfast was a bit drab, and my friends did not care for the Starbucks coffee that was offered.

The hot tub was fantastic! The hotel was very clean. The lounge chairs in the lobby were very comfortable.

The hot tub needs to be fixed the jets shot the water up in the air and not the way a normal hot tub would be, also one of the railing is broken.

I tried each day to get service for the room. There is a huge disconnect between the front desk and housekeeping. I also requested to speak to the Assistant manager on 2 occasions. The message I received was you can contact him at 11 when he comes in. He didn't respond to my request the whole week I was there. Finally had to go to General Manager at the end of the week. He rates (Matt) a zero in my eyes. The front desk has no support when trying to handle a situation. Shared this with GM.

I had great front desk people with Tiera Parker and Kaitlyn. They were excellent to communicate with. Laurie was good also.

We entered our room and it was so stale and warm. I turned the air on and it took a long time to cool the room, but the air conditioner was also very loud with not only the noise of running but then an additional humming noise. Within 5 minutes, my allergies were triggered and I became congested. The toilet was so loud once flushed. It made a screeching sound for several minutes after. The only reason I did not ask for a different room was because we got in around 11:00pm after driving 15 hours and we just wanted to go to bed.

the trash can in the bathroom still had trash in it from previous tenant. the refrigerator didn't have a freezer portion so I could keep items I brought cold enough to use the next day. bed spread and shower curtain had stains on them.

Staff was very helpful and polite. The room was in a quiet location as I requested. the temperature control was easy to operate. the bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. TV and internet access was available. Easy access to parking.

I did not have any coffee in my room for coffee maker. Inquired at front desk and said shipment has not arrived. I really wanted my AM coffee! They didn't have complimentary option either.

The room location was great for me, safe and quiet. Pool was nice and so was hot tub. Good towels

The pool was fun, the room was comfortable and clean, the grab and go breakfast was wonderful and convenient. The Staff was exceptional and helped whenever needed. We left some things in our room and the staff was so prompt to figure out a way to get us our things. Wonderful service.
