We stayed here because we were exhibitors at the expo center. The hotel is close to the expo center, close to highways and close to local restaurants. It has a nice fire pit outside and one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. So comfy that we even looked to see what kind of mattress it is!

shower is foolishly tiny!!! and I am not that big of a person. why cant shower heads be on a hose?? I never feel clean or well rinsed except for my face and hair, which are never the spots deserving the most cleaning. I detest the in room coffee. I dont trust the cleanliness of the makers, and the environmental waste of all the single serving packaging. Just put a coffee pot in the lobby for the mornings! Its basic hospitality.

Could have been a little more upscale for a Courtyard property - was a bit more basic then some I have seen. No breakfast included option - would have been nice since I was travelling with teens. Could have been a bit quieter at night - seems like a large bus (of kids) came in late and there was a lot of noise in the hall and room next door later in the evening (around 11:30pm)

Easy location right off the highway, but close to a couple town centers. Large room and clean. Good A/C with lots of outlets and amenities. Staff was accommodating and pleasant. Fitness area was well appointed and large. Had dinner, drinks, and breakfast options.

Room price. Expensive... considering I'm used to getting more for less. But, it is probably normal for the area. Breakfast is extra. Tried to purchase breakfast items but was told they weren't making any hot items that morning. Available cold items were a bit pricey.

Coffee maker in the room would have been nice. The one with coffee pot where we can fill it up with water . For seniors like us , we wake up early and get coffee many times in early am.

The toilet in our room made a very loud noise when flushed - it was filling the tank with water for a couple of minutes. Old pipes, I assume.

I wish there was a microwave and that the AC spread throughout the room more. Also my room did not have body wash and I didn’t realize that till I was already in the shower. It was too expensive as well

Façade is under construction so the main entrance is from the side, so that was a bit odd. However, signage was clear, and the lobby and rest of the hotel was lovely.

We arrived late and left early. Overnight staff was struggling a bit checking us in, but was pleasant and no real issue. Beds were super comfy and we were on the first floor. Quiet, restful night. Heater worked great!!

receptionist didnt know much about the hotel or the area. restaurant closed both days we were there (sunday and monday). no make up mirror in bathroom. small counter space around bathroom sink mattress was a bit too soft
