We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe last night of my stay, the people in the adjoining room to mine were extremely noisy, banging loudly, yelling at a most inconvenient time...midnight to 1:00 AM. Therefore, I did not sleep well with a long drive back home the next day.
I appreciated all of the above. The breakfast was very good, as well.

United StatesThe rule sheet that we had to sign was a bit condescending and annoying. The staff seemed a bit standoffish. The threat of a $500 fine if we smoked seemed a bit over the top. We don't smoke and appreciate the non-smoking facility. But there was a kind of unfriendly vibe set when the first thing that happens is the hotel admonishes you with a harsh rule sheet and threats of fines. I have never owned a hotel. Maybe it is needed. It just did not give off a hospitality vibe. Should consider a less aggressive way of handling. The price seemed high. Especially for being across the town from the historical stuff.
The property was nice. The facilities were well kept.

United StatesHonestly I have no real complaints. The only thing that was even slightly inconvenient was the elevator. There was only one, and it on the small side and sometimes slow.
Clean, spacious, comfortable room. The pool was great - no one else was there so we had it to ourselves. The front desk staff person was very nice and helpful. Just 8 minutes from historic downtown Kingston, which has a lot of great places to eat. A great place for our one-night stay to see a performance at Bard Music Festival.
