Quiet room. Easy access throughout the hotel. I liked all the amenities, too. Pool, breakfast.

It was just okay. Nothing special. The bathroom area is very small. The bed was very uncomfortable.

- Barbeque pits were missing. - Fridges were not big enough and switch off after 2h. - Open up the Meeting room for free

Ac was not working discovered at 1 am clerk tried to reset no go offered to move 6 doors down so I took about 4 or 5 trips half asleep didn’t get back to sleep till 3am up at 8 ugh

checked in Thursday & on Friday when asked front desk for towel exchange was curtly told by female personnel the room wouldn’t be cleaned until Saturday. Explained I understood that but was only asking for towel exchange & if I put trash cans outside door would they empty them & give new bags. on Sunday morning I called to let them know I would like the room serviced. I was told by a female attendant that would not happen since we were checking out on Monday. please note what minimum interaction I had with housekeeping & other staff was great. it was always front desk who tended to be snotty. Unfortunately on Monday morning it was discovered that Gary’s golf clubs had been stolen from our rent car. (Yes we know you are not responsible. It was reported to the front desk. The female attendant did express her condolences & said she would talk with staff. I found it unusual she didn’t ask where we were parked or any description. By the way it was parked by the gate. when you enter the pool is on the right & building door on your. The golf bag is red with full set of clubs plus accessories. All of that was in a black soft sided travel bag. A police report was filed.

Cafe/Bistro was a little pricey, but ok quality, and Starbucks, not a regular customer. Only had breakfast there one of the two days.

Good location for what I was in the area for. Quiet area. Nice pool area.

Our air conditioner would not cool down the room We requested some assistance from two staff at the front desk two different times. The second request was completed when we had left for dinner. We were told it was fixed, but that was not true. It was also loud (hence you gave out the earplugs) (Just a sidebar: this was the first hotel that handed out earplugs for all the 40 years of travel) It also did not shut off when it reached the requested temp, so it ran 24/7. Outside temp 116 degrees both days we were guests.

Staff were very pleasant. The facility was well kept. The price was acceptable.

The beds were super uncomfortable, the sofa was uncomfortable, and the pull out bed mattress was really dirty and the carpet was sticky so you need to always wear socks.

The location is great, close to freeways, 15 minutes to living desert zoo, walking distance to Applebees, close driving to other food choices, friendly staff, and they carry Hagen Das ice cream when in stock.

I booked a king size bed and when we arrived they didn't have one reserved for us, so we had to have double beds. Then the manager said it didn't include breakfast, which the booking did. The rooms are not soundproofed, so the early morning traffic was loud.

Lousy soap, shampoo and conditioner

Breakfast was pretty good, but understaffed. Pool was clean and temperature was perfect. Our room had balcony facing the pool which was nice compared to the room with no balcony facing south was dark and windows filthy.

When we checked in it was about 9pm and the clerk was not very friendly at all. I was supposed to have a suite and ended up with a handicapped room. It was very dated and not very nice. When you took a shower the water leaked into the hall near the vanity area. That is probably why when you walked in the room for the first time it smelled musty and moldy.
