My card got charged for our room twice plus they charge me again for absolutely no reason. The general manager refused to talk to me which put a very very bad taste in my mouth. When I did finally talk to her after my vacation, she was very nasty to me telling me that she was at lunch with her mom when she got the call about my huge problem that was NOT my fault and that she deserve time off as well. She was quick to get off the phone with me. The only way I would stay at this property again is if they got rid of the current general manager and give the job to Sandra

Sandra was absolutely amazing! She handle my problem the best way she knew how! She was very understandable and not only that while she was dealing with my issues, two other people came to the front with more issues for Sandra to deal with and she handle everyone wonderfully. On top of having to train a new worker. Sandra need a very huge raise, an paid vacation, a trophy, and all the things! Thank you again Sandra!

The bathroom floors could have been swept a little bit more, but other than that everything was amazing. I'd rate this hotel at 9.5/10!

The staff were extremely friendly! This was my first time visiting Florida, and staying here was definitely worth it. Everything was in close proximity of the hotel and a lot of places were in walking distance. It's only about 15 mins away from the beach, and the location felt very safe. Whenever we visit Florida we will always book at this hotel.

No free breakfast! You have to buy from the bistro..but the cracked egg is next door! If you stay more than one night they don’t clean your room. Toilet seat was loose and trash can was not lined with trash bag. But not a deal breaker!

Great location..Lots of eating places around within a few miles. Closer to the beach than most hotels. They leave nice messages on the tv in the room for you, which is very nice! The beds and pillows were super comfy! The shower was very nice also! We will definitely stay at this hotel again!😊

Cold water was warm. I left my lotion at home, counting on having some in my bathroom but there was none. I was able to get it at the desk. Had to shower with tiny bar of hand soap. No body wash or bath bar available. Breakfast cost was too expensive.

I didn’t like the early hours of Starbucks downstairs. I wish it would have been open longer in the morning and also that evening when we came in to warm up. there was a lot of dust in the ac vent, one of the towel racks fell off the wall, and the fire alarm began beeping rather erratically early in the AM.

the property was the perfect location to the bay center. the front desk staff were wonderful. they called us to make sure we knew about the pullout bed for our son. we also liked the mini shop up front for some drinks and snacks.

I didn't like the fact that there was no room service and Star Bucks did not have my Black Tea. I think there should have at least been free donuts or bagels and coffee. Maybe you can take this into consideration.

The housekeeper was exceptional. She always took care of all my needs; I really appreciated her service. Brought extra pillowcases and towels; did not have to wait long to ask again. I think she deserves a bonus.

Only complaint…….charged $5.95 for data service at hotel. That should be a part of my bill and not an extra charge. Love staying at Marriott hotels and will continue to. Very very nice hotel!!! Breakfast at Broken Egg next door. Would stay again.

the king bed felt like it was leaning at a slant. my son slept on the pull out couch which was horrible. the mattress was paper thin! the toilet ran all night, so we’ll just say the room lacked comfort.

Breakfast was horrible! Banananut bread with Banana slices and powdered sugar was passed off as French toast. In a word gross. Add a dry biscuit and egg sandwich, and a small OJ. $20.00. Unappetizing and grossly overpriced. The next two mornings we found reasonably priced, pleasing meals elsewhere.

Room was very comfortable. Staff was great.

The rooms are due for remodeling, bathtub showed rust stains and wallpaper was peeling in places.

Staff was super friendly, as at all Courtyards I stay at. Pool and courtyard were great for relaxing.

If cleaning the rooms does not happen till the 7th day, there needs to be a system to order linens in the mornings and have them dropped off at the door in the afternoon. Trash bags should be provided so trash can be removed from the room and placed outside the door without having to go to customer service. There should be a toilet bowl brush in each room. We were there 7 days and that was too long to not be vacuumed and cleaned. There should be free coffee in the lobby in the A.M.

The location was great. We liked being on the downtown side of the bridge.

No usb ports in room. No 24 hour coffee available in lobby. Room doors are extremely loud when people go in and out of other rooms.
