The pool was cloudy, im a certified cpo and it wasnt up to standards, couldnt see the main drain its unsafe and unsanitary. Shower seem smaller in-size, shower head leaks and carpets in room should be shampooed.

Location was great staff was easy and friendly and yes the place was clean.. I wouldnt mind staying again.

Breakfast buffet was a pure rip off $14.00/pp( 4 adults) for a free continental breakfast given at many lower level type hotels/motels for free. The food was luke warm and the pork sausage links were like eating slim jims. Very disappointing to all of us.

I was double charged. My family all paid via bankcards for food and drinks. The resturant girl was training. Long wait for food items. Then food and drinks was charged to the room. Inspite we paid with a bank card and gave a 10 tip. I have not been refunded after speaking with the asst Manager. Will file a formal complaint with Marriot.

our sleeping room was very comfortable. the bistro limited service for breakfast and evening service is very limited. I think we are far enough along in the handling of Covid to warrant upgrading the food service by the chain and or hotel owners. We were recently at Courtyard in New Castle and they offered no weekends services at their Bistro. This will hurt the chain in loyalty by your customer base. I always felt Courtyards were at the highest level of service. Not sure now any better then a Hampton Inn. we stay at Hilton Garden Inn and have not experienced the same type of limited services there. Just sharing hopefully good feedback to help make your services better. thanks

I hated that the pool was ice cold. 🥶 🧊 There is no reason for a hotel chain such as this to not be responsible and make sure that their pool is ready for guests to use. We called the front desk to complain and the guy there stated that he'd have someone fix it and turn on the heat for the pool, lol. Yeah right, that never happened. Needless to say, we only stayed ONE night. The pool was the main thing that my boys were looking forward to. We'll stick to Homewood Suites in Egg Harbor, NJ. Plus, their pool is ALWAYS nice and warm, they have a full kitchen and their rates are usually lower with lots of things to do in the area. Too bad we cannot say the same thing for this hotel. We won't be back!

I loved how clean the rooms are, friendly staff, and the food at the Bistro was absolutely delicious! 😋 I think the fries are handcut from fresh potatoes! 🥔 There's no way they were frozen fries. I could tell the difference. The food was amazingly fresh, you have to taste the lime ranch wings. Overall, my two boys and I had a wonderful time getting out of the house for a local stay-cation. The ONLY negative experience about our stay truly was the COLD pool. The staff was super friendly and the environment was comfortable.
