Not sure why I was charged $180 instead of $154??

My flight was delayed and I needed a safe and quiet place to rest for the delay, this hotel did exactly that. However, I was quoted a certain price and my card was charged a different amount with zero explaination.

As it is close to airport, bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Couldn't book our return stay at front desk. Only online.

Comfortable, clean room with easy parking and airport shuttle. Nice setup in lobby where you can eat/drink if you want. But we found good food close by.

The desk was super helpful seeing as Booking . com did not forward the booking confirmation, they never receivrd it at the hotel, good thing I had it on my phone so they helped us.

We sat at the tables outside the restaurant/reception area. For some bizarre reason, our food was served in cardboard boxes rather than on plates with cutlery. Wish they had asked us if it was take-away, because it wasn't supposed to be...

The hotel is located off the highway, but rooms overlooking the courtyard are quiet and very pleasant. The staff are wonderful and the location is perfect.

Good hotel in this area, especially in comparison to the other options. But nothing special. The staff is great!

There was a fair bit of noise from doors slamming but I was able to sleep with headphones + white noise :)

I really liked the layout of my room and the fact it opened on to a lovely courtyard. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The free shuttle was much appreciated and it leaves every half hour.

Hotel close to the airport so you can hear a bit the planes, so if you are a light sleeper it might not be for you. The breakfast options are very limited.

Price and limited menu. Have eaten at other hotels in the area recently with much better menu. Extra fee for parking on top of the food and room price. The best part of our stay was that it was very close to our son and his family so easy to reach them the following morning.

We ate dinner in the Bistro. Pretty expensive for a hamburger and a quesadilla. The food was good and both of the staff were very friendly. Front desk was also friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable.

Airport shuttle service is a joke. We have problems going from the airport (no response from hotel, than waiting half an hour) and to the airport ( delay ).

I thought that the air conditioner in the room was a bit too loud though and could have been quieter. It turned on really loud in the middle of the night and woke me up a couple of times. Sounded like it might need some maintenance. The seat in the shower was also unsteady and really small.

I liked the chair that was in the room. It was very comfortable for sitting. I also really enjoyed the small patio. I liked the shower too and thought the water pressure and built in soap pumps were a good addition.

housekeeping only knocks once before opening the door. and if you forget that do not disturb sign, they’ll come knocking every 30-45mins. I was jet lagged and just when I fell asleep they came knocking every 30-45 mins. It was maddening, but I forgot to put up the sign so I take responsibility, which is why I still gave them a good review.

Low Water Pressure couldn’t wash my hair or take good shower. Closet Door Broken & no one informed me that the Sofa was a Sofa bed. Cleaning could be improved.

The air conditioner is too noisy and sounds like the machine of a war chariot. One of their front desk looked very impatient every time I asked her for help when she could not figure out right away.

nice location, quiet and there is restaurant nearby, also there is a community plaza not far away which has supermarket, CVS and restaurant.
