The phone (landline) in our room didn’t work. I had to go to front desk twice Saturday night to ask for blanket and again about breakfast. I forgot to mention to the night crew. I mentioned the phone issue this morning to the employee, she didn’t seem to care much. I then asked if we could at least get two bottles of water due to the inconvenience of the phone not working. She said no and that the bottled water was for guest that were checking in and not leaving. She directed us to the water in the pitcher. We had a long journey home and really didn’t want the water in a cup.

The bed was VERY firm which caused me to wake up in pain. The fold out couch bed was nice but the mattress was very thin and you could feel the metal bars which is fine for children but definitely not for adults.

Our stay was great, she facilities were easy to navigate and it was very clean.

Breakfast was good. We liked the menu options. The food was good, not great. The shower was beautiful. Liked the soap, shampoo in th shower. Nice clean room.

$150.00 for a dog and not getting it back if room ok, is a bit excessive. I thought that breakfast was complimentary, but found out otherwise.

The water pressure in the shower was very low. I also disliked the sliding 'pocket' door on the bathroom.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. We stayed three days at the location and the staff provided us extra towels without us asking, which was very nice.

No microwave. I asked for no down pillow and that was on the bed. Was charged for a pet fee but no where in the check in sheet or In the rooms does it say you couldn’t have visitors who stayed in the same hotel with their paid pet come visit you in your room. Most likely will not stay there again.

My biggest complaint, is our room had a strange smell, like the prior occupant had possibly vomitted and the odor persisted after cleaning. (Or like a dead rat somewhere in the a/c system). Also, The bed wasn't very comfortable, enough so my husband moved to the pullout bed in the middle of the night. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

I really liked the common areas. The lobby had plenty of seating with multiple outlets. The courtyard was inviting, with seating around a gas fire pit and a large pool. They have a Cafe style food and coffee bar in the lobby where you can purchase breakfast or Starbucks coffee. I will say, the food was delicious, albeit a tad expensive. Our room was spacious, and I really liked the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser in the shower.

Booking showed pool on premise, but the pool was under construction, we could not access it. The dinner was closed, and there's lots of noise from the 280 highway, you can't open a window at night. I don't think that the cleaner did a good job fixing the room as well.

Price was fair. Good suite for family.

Construction was not mentioned when booking hotel. Workers nearby started extremely early on a Saturday morning. Pillows smelled like they had not been washed. Bathroom floor had hair, very apparent it was not cleaned and shower could use a scrub. Light near bed burned out and didn't work, no bathroom amenities ex. Lotion, q-tips, cotton balls etc. Did have a pump station for shampoo etc but very drying and the smell primarily for a man. Didn't know you could ask for water, lotion etc until I left. No sign saying if you need water bathroom items please call front desk. Feels like they are hiding them to save money.

Convenient to wedding venue. Good parking.

booked a suite 2 months in advance but wasn’t available. Quiet hours is not enforced, people were laughing at the pool until at least midnight. Bed wasn’t that comfortable and not ventilation in the bathroom.

The bed was as hard as a rock . worst night sleep i ever had . I've stayed at other courtyard hotels and always had a cozy bed to sleep in . this time not . next time I'm in the area I'll stay somewhere else .
