Had small cockroaches. Pest control should be done. Apartment easily collects dust ( in May). Noise from cars driving past outside can b heard cos we were at ground floor. Not allowed to use gym. Place small for 4pax & luggages but this is Hollywood space I guess.

Very near / walking distance to Hollywood walk of fame & many amenities. Secure. Free parking. Near Universal Studios by car. Beds comfy. Kitchen had al required microwave fridge stove etc.

Noise level was a bit high, there were some fruit flies in the apartment. Other than that everything was good with the apartment.

Location, it was clean and convenient for a small family. Free parking was a bonus in this area.

A few things need attention, and a bit noisy(traffic) when windows are open.

Comfortable, well appointed room (cow theme), with a/c, 2 queen beds, sitting area, and a full kitchen complete w/kitchen items. Very secure, parking on sight, good area just off Hollywood Blvd, close to public transportation, several walkable attractions. Received very detailed directions/video from host regarding parking, entry, key access, and they were available to help as needed.

Steps to access the apartment could have been spelled out a little more clearly.

It was a little tricky to understand how to access the property as there were multiple steps and multiple entries into the building. This is no fault of the management - just a little more complicated to understand how to gain entry. The host was very helpful and responsive when I had questions.

The towels or paper, thin, and starting to shred a bit in the street in Waze, was audible throughout the night

The location was perfect for our trip between the La Brea, tar pits, dodger Stadium and universal studios. It was easy access and a clean property.

It would have been nice to have blackout curtains (or at least blinds that worked) to make it darker in the room at night. The exhaust fan in the bathroom needs to be cleaned, as it's super dusty, and I believe the fan is installed backwards because it blows air downward. It would have been nice to have better quality sheets with deeper pockets, as they kept coming off the mattress.

The location was fantastic, and it was wonderful to have free parking.

Beds were uncomfortable and bathroom is run down. Hot and cold varying Shower very uncomfortable for anyone over 5ft. Only one roll of TP and minimal towels. The address of the location is different than the listing in an effort to cover up the fact they are leasing this apt (makes it seem shady and confusing when checking in).

Location is awesome. Building and parking felt safe.

First and most importantly, this studio is very, very dirty, worn out/out dated, with old equipment in the bathroom and kitchen, with broken sliding doors for storage and clothes. The dryer doesn't dry at all - what's the point of keeping it in use and presentation? I'm not a prude or a spoiled traveler, I just adequately understand the cost of services. Just imagine: you have arrived from the road, tired. The condition of the bathroom is important and it’s really terrible, there’s absolutely no desire to simply brush your teeth in the sink, the cabinet door won’t close... You don't have twenty to replace a broken and dangerous bathroom outlet? You have the nerve to charge decent money for this studio, but you don’t understand that the bathroom cabinet can be changed along with the faucet for the cost of one night? How greedy the owner is, it's a shame. The ventilation in the bathroom, due to improper connection, blows directly on you, with all that dust and odors from the ventilation of the building. Why? Previous reviews mentioned this, but the owner was not quick to fix it. There is dust all around, and it has almost become ingrained into the surfaces. When did you change the AC/heater filters? Why are they extremely dusty? When did you clean the ventilation grilles? Do you even clean this studio? What about the mirrors - they are cloudy from dirty stains! After everything I saw, I had big doubts about the cleanliness of the bed and pillows. But we see Gucci and other fancy boxes around...what a joke. This place, for the money I paid, is one of the worst experiences of my travels.

Getting the keys was a bit difficult because we had to try and park on the street to get the key fob to park, so that was a bit awkward and difficult. Also returning the keys had the same problem, just in reverse. The dryer wasn’t working very well and after 2 hours of drying our clothes were still wet, so that was frustrating and left us with two bags full of wet clothes we had to pack and find an outside dryer to dry them.

It was very clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed! We lived the location in Hollywood close to so many neat and famous places. Easy drive to Universal Hollywood. We would definitely stay here again!

General it was fine, but the towels are hold. It was difficult to speak with the host, arrived at the airport day of checkin and still no information on how to access the property so had to call which when traveling internationally isn’t easy. It’s in a very busy road so you will need earplugs, no blockout curtains so you will need an eye mask.

Location good, if you want to be near hollywood, place was pleasant.

The address was different of the published in the Booking reservation, was kind of confusing. We couldn't use the pool, which could have been great for the kids. In the kitchen, it needs more Cookware, if you are planning to cook more, and for a family of 4.

We had to kill three roaches. However, upon arrival there was a fire in one of the units. So, the roaches may have come from the water.

The location was perfect and was in distance with the businesses we wanted to visit.
