We noticed that a few areas wasn't as clean, like under the bed. There was also not enough towels, and since there was only two pods to use to clean the towels we couldn't wash them when needed.

We really liked the hot tub, and the rocking chairs on the porch. We also loved how beautiful the architecture was, and the theme of the cabin.

The floors needed cleaning,which I swept and wiped down the bathrooms and kitchen appliances.i also washed the blankets on the couch because they smelled.The cabin was cleaner when I left than it was when I checked in.Also we left a day earlier because it was snowing and I didn't want to be stuck on that mountain.

We were not impressed with the cleaning. We were charged $185 for a "cleaning fee" and I am not sure why! When we arrived there was a ball of hair in the corner of the shower with some plastic from a disposable razor. I am glad we took some cleaning wipes. We had to wipe out the refrigerator before we put our food in it. The upstairs bathroom needs some maintenance. The toilet was loose, the floor was slanted

We loved the location. The first floor of the cabin was nice. Bed was comfortable. Furniture in the living room was nice. Nice rustic feel.

Seems like there was a lack of cleaning. The beds were not clean dishes were in the cabinet dirty. The place was really dusty and beds were a bit lumpy. Also just and fyi there is a black bear who seems to have the habit of checking the cars for food. I left my door unlock to find the bear in my truck. A heads up on this may be helpful but I understand why you wouldn't want to share too much lol.

Location and Hot tub was great. The Xmas decorations was a really nice touch!!! Kitchen and rooms and instructions were clear. Once I found the location the code work as expected and I had no reason to reach out to the host.

It wasn’t the property itself, it was all the other cabins that were all around it , not very private. There was a cabin on the hill right above it that from their view they could look directly down into the full window side of the A frame.

The cabin was cozy, nice gas fireplace and it had a good rustic decor!

The place had so much dust it was unreal, all of the beds in the cabin were extremely uncomfortable. Hot tub had a cigarette butt in it and clumps of hair. If you run the washer at the same time as taking a shower, the water from the washer comes up through the drain in the shower with the hair!!! My husband and I didn’t have a good experience at all, we just didn’t feel comfortable. We ended up leaving a day early, we couldn’t do it anymore. The cabin is extremely overpriced for the experience that you get.

We have a friend who is over 6 foot tall, and there was no way he could have slept comfortable upstairs. No worries tho! He was fine I’m the downstairs bedroom.

The location was close to downtown Gatlinburg but far enough out we felt we were in nature.

All the vents were dirty Some of the “clean” dishes and pans had stuck on food The jacuzzi tub in the downstairs bathroom did not work(one of the reasons we wanted to stay at this cabin) Humidity inside the cabin was an issue. Even with the humidifier on, blankets and pillows felt damp Bathtub in the downstairs bathroom was very dirty. We had to clean it before we felt comfortable to even take a shower. There was hair in the tub as well when we arrived. Couches were rearranged from the pictures so the coffee table had to be moved in order for my 2 year old to sleep on the pullout sofa Could not get fireplace to work Fridge leaked water so the carpet next to the fridge stayed damp.

Hot tub was clean and relaxing The built in heater in the bathroom Location! Quick access to the main strip of Gatlinburg as well as very close to a general store

plumbing issues happened the last day and the cleaning didn’t seem to be on top of it. trash was found throughout the couches and in one of the beds made

it was a great location between Gatlinburg downtown and pigeon forge.

Dirty sheets and covers on the bed. Contacted the host “Amanda” she advised that they was clean. She lives an hour or more away. Blood stains on the bed upstairs. Bed downstairs Had not been changed. Marked the sheets when we arrived at 1:00 to check out the property for things we needed and noticed it hadn’t been cleaned yet. So we left and came back at 4:00 to check in. Bed was never changed just made back up. Floors where nasty. Bathrooms where still dirty. Jets in bathtub don’t work. Hot tub wasn’t cleaned. Dishes in the cabinets was dirty. Not a very clean place!!!

The cabin is absolutely cute!!
