We really don’t have any complaints!

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. All we needed to bring was our food and clothing. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was a single serve Keurig but we always bring our own. Linens provided as well. A great place to unwind and enjoy our trip to Maggie Valley. We really liked the location. Shaun was a great host, very friendly and helpful. We especially liked his kitty Sig!

Very enjoyable stay. Our cabin had a covered deck with a stream directly behind it. Great place to relax and we could even sit outside when it rained. The cabin was fine but a bit dated. But what do youk expecet - you're in the mountains.

Can't complain about a thing!

This place is a hidden gem. Very family friendly. Easy drive to everywhere. The cottages are exceptionally clean and comfortable. Incredible value fpor a long holiday weekend. Shaun and his family are wonderful host. Definitely a 10 out of 10 if you're looking for some place off the regular hotel or big $$ VRBO.

Wonderful place to unwind and relax. Quaint cottage on babbling creek with sounds of song birds. This was the perfect spot after all the hustle of Gatlinburg.

I thought I booked a king size bed but I'm pretty sure we got a queen. It was comfortable though :) One cup coffee maker not really enough for coffee drinkers like us ... we could have made great use of an 8 cup maker :) Otherwise, no complaints!

The grounds were immaculately kept. Sean is a terrific host :) We LOVED the porch overlooking the creek! Beautiful place to sit back and relax !

it was very well kept and peaceful with a great creek running just beside our back porch. The cottages are stocked with all the supplies (dishes, linens, cleaning products, etc.) needed for your stay.

I want to say this stay was perfect, because we really enjoyed it and will DEFINITELY book again, but I do have to be honest about the couch and recliner chair being very uncomfortable. That's the only thing I would change :)

This was a great cottage located right on the creek. It was peaceful, gorgeous, and the sound of the creek rushing by was very soothing. The cottage had a lot of extras that you wouldn't expect, like a body wash, shampoo, conditioner dispenser in the bathroom, a fridge with an icemaker, which is really nice, and a little keurig type coffee maker with a few complimentary coffee pods. Kitchen was well stocked if you want to fix a meal there instead of going out. The cottages are also in a great location!

Would have preferred a covered deck instead of an open one so we could have enjoyed the benefits of having a riverside cottage even though it rained all weekend. That being said, it is still an amazing property and we will definitely being staying here again in the future. *** I'll try to leave the rain at home next time though. ;-) ***

It was a super easy check in and loved the peacocks and chickens roaming around.

The cottage was absolutely beautiful, wood paneling , hard wood floors, fully equipped kitchen. Deck out to the creek. Peaceful. The owner was very helpful . We plan on coming back.

Called the owner at 9:30.because the gas logs would not come on..He came over beat on the door and came in with an attitude .If it wasn't for that it would have been perfect.Im just glad I didn't have to call at midnight.Dont provide an after hours phone number if you don't want anybody to wake you up.
