Located on a quiet street in a lovely neighborhood, Cozy Guest House was an oasis in the hustle and bustle of LA. The self-contained unit has everything necessary for a weekend away, and our host, Eric, graciously accommodated a few last-minute changes we requested. We enjoyed dinner in Santa Monica--just a short drive from the house.

Eric is a class act and the place is amazing. I am already thinking about coming back next year. It's nice to have your own apartment to yourself and you feel well taken care of the whole time.

It is a little chilly atm because there was an unusual and unexpected cold. Eric did provide an additional space heater and it was wonderful!

Eric is amazing and his family is wonderful. This was the second time I have stayed with Eric because the location, price, everything about the place is amazing!

Living room area was crowded with old and uncomfortable furniture. No room to actually sit and watch TV. Not too functional in terms of space planning. I reaarranged a couple things to make it work. I did not spend much time inside so it was fine. Don't expect a polished interior decor, it's very DIY on a dime.

Nice neighborhood, comfy bed, friendly host, almost a full kitchen along with a huge private patio with fun lights at night. Having the guest house tucked in back, cameras and gate made me feel very safe. Street parking was pretty easy. Candy and water were a nice touch. All in all it felt very welcoming, cozy and safe. Good value.

Would have been nice to have A/C. Two fans were provided, however, one of them was noisy, which made it a bit difficult to get to sleep.

Communication with host was great before and during my stay. The unit was comfortable and included all the necessities, comfortable bed, nice size bathroom and tiny kitchen. It suited my needs perfectly as I only really needed a place to sleep and it was close to the people I was visiting.

Comfortable, safe and deliciously quiet. I absolutely loved my stay here. The family were super friendly and welcoming and the annex is slightly away from the house so you have total privacy. Great facilities and on a really easy bus route to Santa Monica beach (and other beaches) and a Whole Foods is just a short walk away from the accommodation for you to stock up the cute little kitchen. I do hope to return when I next come to LA. Thank you!

There is not one thing we didn't like. Everything was perfect.

Eric and his parents were amazing hosts. They were all so friendly and inviting. Eric gave us some great suggestions about what to see and do while in the area. The room was and location was perfect.

The kitchen was a little small but adequate. would have been nice to have an inside table, but mostly we were able to use the patio. not having a closet was a little bit of a challenge, there was a rack for hanging clothes, however. Parking on the street was tight, but in a safe neighborhood.

Eric was super personable and helpful. The patio was fantastic. the bed was very comfortable. it really fit our needs to be close to the UCLA hospital. Being able to take surface streets to the beach was helpful to reduce stress from our situation.

Property was clean and in a fantastic area, not far from Santa Monica beach and had everything we needed. The host was really friendly, had suggestions on what to see when we asked and clearly put in a lot of effort to make us feel comfortable and welcome.

room was a little cramped but had everything I needed. It was warm out& it didn’t have air conditioning but one big fan & one small fan & i was okay.

Great location. it’s right under the flight path to the Santa Monica airport but i actually really liked that. not that noisy.

The patio table and seat covers could have been cleaner. We ate inside the house because of the bird poop on those items.

There was a little kitchen in which we could make breakfast. The bathroom was very large with more than enough towels. The outside patio was lovely with lots of plants, seating, and lighting.

The location was perfect for stopping by local grocery stores to get some food, and close enough to Santa Monica for us to walk there with a little bit of flexibility. Early check in was easy, and the host was friendly.

Perfect neighbourhood with easy parking. Very spacious, clean and the backyard is amazing. So nice place to chill and relax. Eric is a very easy going person. He helped us a lot with some questions and responded immediately to our requests. I will definitely stay at this place again if I get back to LA again.

Everything was good, but if you come here during the summer, just know that there is no A/C. They do provide a fan though.

It was exactly as described. The location is perfect to explore LA, parking is super easy and the bed is comfy. Communication was amazing too!
