The Apartment was very hot when I arrived. Wish they would have turned on the air prior to my visit.

The location for me was great. Really close to what I was doing. The neighborhood did look a little sketchy when I went around the block but I didn't have any issues and was able to part in a driveway off the alley.

The sofa looked nice but we have probably never seen a more uncomfortable one. 10 year old grandson slept on it and he got by. Not much room to park or maneuver with a SUV. The unit is actually located above a garage. Not located in the very best part of town, but it wasn’t terrible either and we felt pretty safe. Steps are inside and they are pretty steep, so I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with disabilities. The unit looked much better on the inside than the outside.

Living area was very nice and looked new. Relatively close to downtown. Relatively quiet, located on a residential street with our parking off the alley. Bed was comfortable and everything except the oven was vey clean. We didn’t do any cooking but it looked like the kitchen was adequately supplied. Wonderful park maybe a half block away.

After a business stay (in a hotel) in Indianapolis, I chose this accommodation for a few private days - and it was an absolute hit! When you enter the apartment you immediately feel at home; it is very lovingly and tastefully decorated. I lacked nothing for the 3 days and nights, the equipment was great. The contact with the landlady was very nice. I could reach everything wonderfully from here with my rental car. Parking is possible on the street in front of the apartment. I can recommend this apartment 100%.

Was left with only one roll of toilet paper, the parking in the alley was concerning I was always checking to see if cars were able to get by.

Great place to stay, stairs are a bit steep so bringing up luggage will be a work out.

The parking was really tight, but I didn’t have any problems.

I was comfortable, it was a decent little apartment. I was there for Marching Band Grand Nationals, and it snowed. It was really beautiful, so I got up early and walked the couple miles to the stadium.

Off street parking, warm and cozy space, hosts made sure there were lots of amenities at the property for their guests. The instructions were very clear for getting in fence and lock.

one small thing is we were expecting to be able to use the garage but it was not available because the residents keep things in storage there so the car had to stay outside in the back alley.

The neighbor lit up their firepit and all the smoke came into the studio before I could close the windows but that was affecting all the neighboring houses, not just me!

The studio was clean and spacious and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The kitchen had more than I anticipated and although I didn't plan to cook while I was there, I could have easily done so. The bathroom was clean and had everything one would need. The little balcony was a nice touch for a warm evening. The location was fantastic and it was a plus being walking distance to a grocery store.

Only one thing bothered me. The smoke detector was super sensitive. If I finished heating up the oven and left the door open too long as I was putting in my dinner, it would go off.

The location really is perfect. It was only a few minutes away from everything we wanted to do.

Two nights in a row.Very loud rap music with bad words from neighbors. We could hear the neighbors downstairs talking. I had knee replacement 9 weeks ago and did not know there were going to be 14 steps . Also I have a blind husband

The only one negative thing I can say was that the bed was not so comfortable. Upgrade of the bed would have made it a 10!

Wonderfully built studio! It gave me a "at home" vibe which made it more comfortable to stay in. I liked the recliner chair and the parking off the street was very convenient seeing how the streets are not in the best conditions!

The bed was the huge negative. If you don’t need good back support, then you’ll be fine. The mattress sags in the middle. However, given good quality rest is what we needed, we were very disappointed. Also, one must be prepared for very steep steps to access the unit. Remove the Home sweet home sign from the front door. It bangs against the door when the wind blows.

The location was very good. Quiet and could see our car parked on the street from the bathroom window. You cannot park behind the garage unless you have a small vehicle. There was inadequate room due to a large truck parked in the middle of the short driveway. The unit was clean.

The main house on property made a fire in backyard. They were loud and then it smelled like smoke I have allergies. Also gate was stuck when I got there and parking spot was hard to pull into.

It was clean, neighborhood was fairly close to downtown but made sure I locked my car!
