Rooms need rugs, old building and it creaks a lot. More lighting in the back yard at night would be nice when you’re alone.

There were some small insects that entered underneath the back door. Toaster did not work. A few more cooking supplies would be nice. Cutting board. Cookie sheet. Better pots and pans.

Breakfast was not included. Nice location. Close to downtown - walking distance.

The apartment is in the beautiful quiet Historical Lake Eola district and really close to Downtown. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and enough space.

The ac wall unit was very loud but worked great. The decor/furniture was a bit different from the thumbnail used for booking. However, if you scroll through pictures you'll see it eventually. Also, the parking lot was very small and oddly shaped.

The location is in perfect walking distance from many great restaurants and establishments. It was clean with all the toiletries needed. I liked all the amenities offered. Easy check in!

nice and clean apartment in a very quiet neighborhood. check in and check out have been easy.

The main problem is that although a self-catering unit, the kitchen lacked (for us) some useful equipment. Missing were - chopping board, food prep knives, bread knife, peeler, sieve, soup/cereal bowls, grater, kettle (for non-coffee drinkers), oven/baking tray, small saucepan …. Parking at the back of the units for three vehicles (particularly if large ones) is a bit tight too, but could park on-street if necessary.

Location great - easily walkable to Lake Eola and other downtown sights. Also very quiet - although we shared a party wall with another property, we could only hear noise from next door when in the kitchen or lounge/diner. As the bedroom is beyond those rooms, couldn’t hear any noise at night. Comfortable big bed. Lounge/dining area OK, but not overly comfortable to sit and watch TV (one seat us the third bed).

It was very organized and clean. Loved the decor! Absolutely loved the fact that there was a kitchen and all the things needed to cook. Also nice that it was walking distance to lake eola and many places to eat!

The parking situation could be a bit challenging with the surrounding properties and the keypad to the property is not user friendly. There should be more explicit instructions given.

The full kitchen and laundry were the main reason we stayed on this property. It is close to Valencia and FAMU so we could visit one of our children easily.

Unfortunately there were no way to access local TV channels so was unhappy about that during stay so we just made the best of it.. Also the kitchen thermostat for room temperature wanted to put on cool but wasn't able to so they was inconvenient.

We had no hot water and I contacted the management company immediately. They told me they would send someone out to repair it. That never happened. I called a total of 3 times and the issue was never resolved. Also, the kitchen was lacking a lot of essential items (cooking utensils, baking sheets, paper towels).

Very nice neighborhood. The property was nice and clean.

It seemed like a quiet neighborhood, but we dont know what the vibe is there, so it was a bit nerve wracking staying at this place for a few reasons. We also felt that the photos listed for the property did not accurately reflect what we saw when we arrived. For one, to enter the property, you must enter through the back door. Of you park in the back, parking is kind of tight, since there are 3 marked spaces to be used one for each of the 3 available triplexes. At nigt, entering through the back seems a bit sketchy. In person, this property is very poorly lit on the outside. Once inside, we found that the front door has equipped with one regular doorknob with no lock and then 2 separate locks above it- one turn lock and one of those metal lock hinges you can flip over a metal ball (like those hotel rooms usually have). However, the back door, which is really the only way to enter the property, only had the passcode lock and nothing else! The doorknob had no lock on it. This would not be so bad if the code to get in was random, but the code was literally the address number plus a 3 at the end!! My guess was that the 3 stood for it being a triplex unit. Needless to say, we did not sleep well that first night! We ended up turning on the light outside the back door, but it ended up going out that same night. Each time we left the house, we made sure to take our valuables with us. Now, about the photos-- the photos shown for the property are photos of each of the 3 properties available in the triplex, but the photos are all mixed up!! You are unble to get an idea what photos correspond to what property you will possibly be staying in, as you won't see which it is until you arrive. These should be listed as separate rentals! I mean they each have their own separate address numbers for crying out loud, so why shouldnt they each have their own pictures??

It wasnt too far from places- about 15 min or so and it had 2 window ac units so the place stayed cold. A bit too cold at times but its better than nothing.
