Room was clean, cozy and quiet. Breakfast was brought to my room and the owner asked what time was good for me because she knew I had to leave early. My room was double booked but she put me in another room. Thankfully, because there is no where near to stay otherwise out in the country. The room has a ceiling fan, 2 large comfy chairs, blanket, Antique dresser, large TV/roku, WiFi, hardwood floors. Kitchenette has a small bar w/ 2 bar stools, full fridge, microwave, sink, coffee maker and coffee/tea, mugs, cups, plates, silverware. Private Bathroom w/ walk-in tiled shower. Towels.

Minimal contact with hosts. Everything, including how to access the room was via text. No reception area. Breakfast was hand delivered in a Styrofoam container...adequate but nothing more...minimal, if any, choices....coffee maker in room, but no coffee supplied. If you forget to text them the night before to say yes, then: " no breakfast for you!" As said, our little apartment was great...we loved it... but the house pictures are deceptive. You will never get to see the pretty dining room or curved staircase. All closed to guests...family use only. I get it, but unexpected and disappointing with none of the usual B & B friendly intermingling

Comfortable, roomy, extremely clean, nice kitchen and sitting area.....felt like our own little world. Outside entrance on porch. Very pretty, welcoming look. All wonderfully decorated inside. Pretty old house with a big porch to enjoy and a cute barn cat to greet you.

No thermostat control anywhere in the rooms. Very, very cold temperature upon arrival on a hot day. I love air conditioning, but this was extreme.

Lovely farmhouse setting. Clean, comfortable with well-supplied kitchenette and renovated bathroom. Breakfast delivery a nice touch.

The room, the ambiance, relaxing front porch, homie feeling, breakfast on time delivered to our room. Easy access, simplicity of the overall experience. Absolutely great value!

The room was absolutely beautiful and the property was peaceful and relaxing. We had very little time to stay and explore due to the nature of our trip but would love to return and would recommend this property!

Porch lighting shining into the bedroom through the night.

Clean, quiet and private room; convenient location for our travel purposes. Newly remodeled kitchen and bath areas provided all the modern conveniences, while sleeping quarters featured comfortable original furnishings of the period. The hostess prepared and delivered a fresh, delicious full breakfast which also considered our dietary restrictions.

In the description of the room they didn't say we would be staying with chicken. When we arrived the person that showed us the room took two boxes of pizza out of the room then stated that it was clean and ready for us. The room smelled like a chicken coop, the bed was hard as a rock. We didn't even stay a night after see where we were going to be sleeping and we didn't get a refund.

I booked a suite, received a confirmation email with arrival instructions, and showed up to find another guest in my room who told me that she just decided to stay an extra day and I was moving rooms. The owner never contacted me in any manner or answered my calls. But a tenant of an apartment in the house showed me to a random bedroom in the owner's private residence. I had paid for a suite and ended up in a bedroom. The bedroom was someone's actual bedroom - there were clothes in the closet, makeup on the vanity, and medications in the bathroom. It was definitely not a place for a customer to stay. The bathroom did not have a shower. The fridge did not work. All of the beautiful pictures of the inside of the house is someone's private family home not a lobby or common space for a bed and breakfast.

No one to welcome us. No written or verbal instructions as to where the room was. No thermostat to regulate temperature in the room. It was cold and raining outside and room was cold. We did not spend the night, we were there for one hour.

The door being open before we arrived. There’s a wasp and other bugs got in that we had to take them out before we went to sleep.

I like the privacy of the room and the convenience to access bathroom and mini kitchen. I love the quietness too. The mattress was very similar to my organic and expensive mattress at home so I was able to sleep really well. Both of us.

There was only 1 coffee cup, no Kleenex, no fan in bedroom and it was stuffy hot. Was not the experience I had had at other B&Bs.

1) Attacked at front door by cat; received serious cat scratches on back which required medical treatment, antibiotics, and wound nurse consult. 2) Received no breakfast as advertised, owner said her wi-fi not working; did not receive our reservation for breakfast. 3) Bed too small for 2 people 4) Owner not truthful, told me I would receive refund for our stay; 1 & 1/2 months later, never received refund.

There was absolutely nothing about the property I didn’t like!!

It was all natural and refreshing!! The fresh air was amazing and there was plenty of property to admire!!!
