The waffles were great, lobby was nice. Rooms were a bit dated but seemed clean enough and it was a great price.

The only thing that could have been better was the cleanliness, we used the pull out couch and there were crumbs in it and under it. I had to walk down to the lobby to ask for pillows and sheets for the pull out couch, I couldn’t find anything of the phone to help me call the front desk.

Breakfast was decent, nice choices and fresh, coffee was good!

Room was clean except both bathroom doors were "splashed" with something that we cleaned. I mentioned this at the front desk; they stated that they would have given us $15 off but couldn't because we booked through booking.com.

Good location, food was acceptable, staff were friendly, helpful. The location was under some remodelind, roof repairs so the grounds were a bit messy. I am sure that will improve once repairs are done

It started at check-in - we had a large group of 9, which included 5 children. we booked 2 rooms together for the intention the rooms be next to each other. Upon check-in we are given two rooms on two separate floors- above each other. It sounded as though our second queen with 2 queen beds was given to another customer. Thankfully the front desk clerk was able to figure something out and get us two rooms right across the hall from each other. Breakfast was not well equipped at all to the extent that for the second morning we went elsewhere for breakfast. Cereal but no milk, unless you by a little Waffles but no syrup. No orange juice. Supposedly ran out of plates. No napkins or paper towels available. It wasn’t until just before breakfast was done being served that milk and syrup were found and put out. We found plates by looking in all the cabinets. Have pull out sofas but when we ask for extra pillows and blanket for it we are given sheets told that’s all they had. The kitchen didn’t have a garbage pail, only a bag. When we needed more garbage bags we were given laundry bags and told they didn’t have any more garbage bags.

The location is favorable. The rooms are spacious. The kitchenettes are well equipped.

There needs to be some updating.. carpets, furniture, etc.. The pillows were not comfy at all.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The beds were super comfy. The breakfast was very good too. The rooms were clean.

The lady didn't explain where the room was and we walked and walked and walked to realize it was upstairs! She didn't tell us about the elevator. My parents were 80 and I was wore out.

I booked for 3 adults so I assumed the sofa bed would have bedding but we had to request for this after we arrived in the room. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable, you can feel the springs. I guess most sofa beds are like this.

Staff was nice. Breakfast was not bad, I like how the eggs had hints of onions. Coffee and tea was good. We were there for just one night.

The hotel is conveniently located in Syracuse University less than a 10 minute drive. The two bedroom suite is perfect for a family of 4-6 people.. also the hotel is dog friendly :)
