Don't take cabin 1 or 2. The other cabins have a foundation. Only 1 & 2 have logs for foundation under the floor. The logs were treated with something a longtime ago but the smell is just awful still. Very chemically smelling. We asked to change cabins and were switched to cabin 12. All was just fine with cabin 12.

We stayed in a small log cabin. The bed was very comfy and linens were soft and fresh smelling. They have a restaurant on-site. We were too early to order dinner. Dinner starts at 5 and the menu looked really good. We went ahead and ordered from the lunch menu. Tomato Basil Soup and burgers with fries. The burger was very good. The waitress/bartender was very nice and gave us some tips on visiting Sacagaweas gravesite. The waitress said her uncle was police chief on the reservation a few years ago so she knew a little about it. We left very early and they made check out easy for us. I noticed a lot of hunters staying there because hunting season started. They were all nice too. The location is about 5 miles up a mountain at the top. Very safe surroundings.

Breakfast needs to start earlier than 8:30am. We also didn't know that the road going to the ranch was very long and winding.

Would be nice to have a screen door on the upstairs balcony of the big house cabin so I could have slept with the pleasant outside temps.

The "big house" cabin is fantastic. Bathroom recently remodeled. Great views. The owner Mike was on-site and took a personal approach to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Laid back check-in process. Convenient to have the restaurant and bar open until 9pm in the main lodge.

Price per night was a little expensive, but if you want a cabin in the middle of nowhere with running water, tv and a good restaurant and bar just across the way... this is your place.

Cabin was very comfortable, restaurant had an excellant ribeye dinner and the staff was great. Location was beautiful.

Can’t think of a single thing

I had bacon eggs hash browns and toast every morning. Beautiful view of snow capped mountains. Side by side rental that I was shocked at how good the suspension was. My bad back was never an issue driving it.

We loved everything about the little cabin except it would have been nice to not have carpet. It seemed a little smelly and old when wet snow from boots got on it.

Water and water smell was terrible. You need to do something with water situation Didn’t shower since water taste and smell was unsatisfactory. You need to fix door to bathroom since it scrapes the floor when it opens

We stayed here because the wife wanted a cabin for two night as we explored Yellowstone National park. what we didn’t realize was that it was an hour and 45 minutes to the south entrance of Yellowstone. however you do get a great view of Shoshone National park and Grand Tetons National park. if you want to explore Dubois and that area this would be a great choice

This is a very quiet setting if you want to get away from the noise of the city you have found the place. The cabins are very cute the beds are comfortable. very clean and well kept. The on-site restaurant was very good and surprisingly busy on a Saturday night

Person that took our breakfast offer kept pushing us to order Togo at 9am eventide we wanted to sit in so we are in our car.

Food was ok. Location was ok.

The on-site pictures of the location are not accurate and current. When we got there they had added sites for RV'S which where placed in front of a lot of the little cabins which cut out the view of a large meadow with a very nice large pond. Now if you sit on the porch of your cabin all you see are large RV'S. Also now have and encourage side by sides and all kinds of off road vehicles. These were loud and produced alot of dust. Now that would be fine if that is what you want. But not shown or stated on their website. Not really a "quest ranch" atmosphere. It is now a place for off road Which would be fine if that is want you want. Unfortunately we did not. Also the restaurant was in a state of changing the menu so food not so great. When we asked about our concerns were told they are new owners and redoing it all. So be sure you like loud and dusty.

The number 2 cabin with 1 queen and bunk beds was very cute.
