Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

My Boyfriend and I visited Atlanta to celebrate our 5th anniversary and the guest services agent, Tyler, made everything more special! At check-in we informed him that we were celebrating our anniversary and he quickly upgraded our room! Tyler also had a nice card, wine, and desserts delivered to our room later that night! On our last day, we made our way to the bar downstairs and were served the most delicious drinks by Alexis! She was very kind and personable! Overall, this hotel is amazing. The property is beautiful, clean, and in a convenient location. Whenever I return to Atlanta, I will definitely be staying here again!

United StatesI was traveling to shoot some clients as I am a photographer. The place is so beautiful I asked one of my clients to meet me at the hotel where we could just take some pictures outside since the garden and water in the back of the hotel is beautiful. We were met by security who monitors the park who didn't mind us taking pictures and about 30 minutes later the property manager comes screaming beligerantly at us that we cannot take pictures here, this is private property, you need to request a permit to take pictures here. If that were the case we would not have an issue but she was literaly screaming at us about taking photos outside of the hotel. When I spoke to the front desk they said I was ok as long as I was not bothering anyone. As a photographer who travels all over this country I have never been spoken to in that manner. People were taking pictures with their phones outside the hotel in the garden area with no issue but I guess since my camera looked professional it was an issue. The hotel is beautiful but if I have to deal with them type of people I'd rather stay at a hotel who doesn't mind me showcasing it in my work or images. Thats FREE promo for the hotel.
Paid extra for the breakfast and it was by far above and beyond my expectations for Hotel Breakfast. Great omelets, bacon and french toast.
