We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe only complain I have is I felt like I was being kicked out on the day I was checking out by house keeping. House keeping woke me up at 9am and even though I told her we didn't need house keeping she continued to knock. I Opened the door to let her know I was checking out today and that check out was at 12pm. I started packing and an hour later (10am) she was back knocking on the door again I ended up just putting everything in my bag and leaving. I even left my keys behind in the room that's how rushed I felt. I've never experienced this & I hope this doesn't happen again.
The rooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful as well. The location of the hotel was so super convenient, we had everything we could need very close to us.

United StatesGiven key to a room on 8th floor that when I opened door, some one else's belongings were there. Happy because it seemed like the room next door was going to be a party room. Went back to lobby for another room and given one on the 11th floor, but had to call lobby again as no AC working in the room. Within 10 minutes, maintenance came and fixed it.
Bed felt good after being on a 25 hour train ride.

The hotel website described a shuttle, I was informed they they did not have a shuttle when I tried to make local travel arrangements.
