The only complain I have is I felt like I was being kicked out on the day I was checking out by house keeping. House keeping woke me up at 9am and even though I told her we didn't need house keeping she continued to knock. I Opened the door to let her know I was checking out today and that check out was at 12pm. I started packing and an hour later (10am) she was back knocking on the door again I ended up just putting everything in my bag and leaving. I even left my keys behind in the room that's how rushed I felt. I've never experienced this & I hope this doesn't happen again.

The rooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful as well. The location of the hotel was so super convenient, we had everything we could need very close to us.

There is no restaurant for dinner and the bar closes too early. Our room smelled like cigarettes and the carpet was stained. No fan in the bathroom and the TV is not HD

Given key to a room on 8th floor that when I opened door, some one else's belongings were there. Happy because it seemed like the room next door was going to be a party room. Went back to lobby for another room and given one on the 11th floor, but had to call lobby again as no AC working in the room. Within 10 minutes, maintenance came and fixed it.

Bed felt good after being on a 25 hour train ride.

The bed was uncomfortable and I was denied breakfast when it was supposed to be included with my rate. The front desk staff could have displayed better customer service. The hotel website described a shuttle, I was informed they they did not have a shuttle when I tried to make local travel arrangements.

I was informed by the property that breakfast was not included with my rate. Booking.com instructed me that my rate did include breakfast.

The only issue is that hotel staff didn’t enforce people too wear their mask 😷 throughout the main lobby areas, elevators, and hallways. People were sneezing and coughing unmasked throughout our stay.

Restaurant and bar were limited-perhaps post pandemic. Location was quiet but no restaurants or shopping within walking distance.

It took over 20 mins to get hot water in the bathroom! We arrived to the Maryland area from a 19 hour flight from Bangkok and we were expecting to take hot showers and relax. There was no hot water, very disappointing

The room was spacious and clean, so was the fitness area. Very pleasant staff, especially the waitresses. The fittness room did not have towels or bottled/filter water (only the water fountain). Normally it'd be a negative but due to COVID-19 I am not dinging the hotel for this omission. The location is great if you have a car, only minutes away from UMD. Plenty of parking.

Not enough electric Outlets and in the wrong places, counter space in bathroom was non existent.

Rooms were nice size and the lobby was appealing. Pillows were really nice.
