Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe floors of the room and common area on my floor have not been vacuumed in a long time, there was stuff all over the floors. Understandably the pool was closed off due to recent storms but the coffee machine, hair dryer, fridge all didn’t work in my room. It’s not housekeeping’s fault, they must just need more people to deep clean and check facilities
The staff was so friendly, and did what they could do accommodate. Housekeeping even folded towels in cute shapes

Good sized recently updated room on 12th floor with view of the pool and north Dallas. Beds and bedding was comfy. Bathroom adequate and good size. The carpets in the hallways absolutely hideous. Breakfast buffet very good selection of salty and sweet options. Good fruit options for the health oriented. Location is good with walking distance to the very few things downtown Dallas has to offer a tourist. Easy to get on the massive highway system to take you to sights around the metroplex.

United StatesThe pool deck was not open despite the website saying it was open. Upon walking into the room it was clear it was not vacuumed well, because there was hair on the floor. There was also a plastic flosser just sitting on the couch in the main room, and some sort of residue on the table.
The staff was friendly and accommodating, as I checked in early at 1 pm instead of 3pm. The room was tidied and we were provided with fresh towels each day.

United StatesWhile it seems that the rooms have been recently remodeled and are comfortable, there are little details that are missing. For example, there are no hooks to hang towels. There is a rack to store them, but once you use them, you don't have where to hang a wet towel to dry for a second use. Neither in the shower nor next to the sink. Also, the curtains seem to be new, which was nice. However, the very first night I went to close them, part of it fell off the rack. I called that same night and a couple of times after it and no one went to fix them. I'm glad it was only a part of it and was able to close the whole window. Otherwise, it would have been a problem.
The housekeeping staff was very helpful when I asked them for assistance and extra stuff for my room.

Loved the location however getting an elevator & parking was horrible. I believe the staff did their absolute best. I have no complaints about the staff or the cleanliness of the hotel.
