It is help your self kind of hotel, you will pick the trolly your self to pick your luggage, there are no water in the room but there is a sharing water station in each floor to go and fill , very big hotel a lot of walking

The message when calling says no van service from midnight to 6. Was informed there was 24 he van service from airport which was why I booked. Because I called, spent $20 on Uber which was a waste of money.

I am very comfortable at this property. Even, I booked the same hotel on my return as well. Breakfast was awesome. Rooms clean and comfortable. Shuttle to airport is very good option.

When I booked the property it was mentioned as "Pay at the "Property", but my credit card was charged two days earlier., Secondly instead of two days that I had booked, I stayed only for a day due to some unforeseen circumstances, I was still charged for two days, I would have preferred if one day charges had been returned back

Ate at the restaurant. Never again! Extremely slow service provided by Andre. 5 service staff standing around and only 3 tables, but it still took 10 minutes before anyone approached us for drink order. We stayed because we were hungry, it was 7 at night and we were staying at the hotel. Server forgot to put in our appetizers. Meal came 35-40 minutes after we ordered. Had to chase server down for drink refills. Food had a good flavor when it finally came out, but definitely not worth the time or the price!

Lack of a bedroom safe as standard was a surprise / disappointment at a hotel designed for (international) travellers.

The shuttle driver was not cautious and hitting my arm was not fun for a long international trip afterwards.

We enjoyed the location, and the hotel facilities. The front desk staff were really nice. The room was big, clean, and confortable. The breakfast buffet is worth it for $15/person. The shuttle left us at the airport on time. The only negative thing was that the shuttle driver was in a rush to go and slam the van door hitting my right arm. It was painful, so I recommend a little more caution with the clients.

Pool was closed-I booked specifically for use of pool. Walls kind of thin could hear the kids next door and the pipes in the bathroom was loud

It is an older property that has aging facilities so that things may not always work perfectly. My door lock was very balky for example and hard to get the lock to release. The carpets are a little ratty. Nothing terrible but good not great. The housekeeping staffing may be short. The bathroom floor in my room was overdue to be washed and there were no cups for the coffee machine.

This is a solid full service hotel that is close to Dulles. The good points are that it is staffed 24 hours, has an on-site restaurant that is open, reliable 24 hour shuttle to the airport that does not get stuck in traffic, and solid facilities for a business hotel. They have a good TV package, improved over what I recall from the past.
