pool area was filthy. Did get towels for pool until 3 hours later. Ice machine was only working on a few floors. Tub was stopped up. Did not have shampoo available.

I had to switch rooms at 11:30 pm. because my ac quit working. My breakfast was comped Thursday morning because when I came at 9:20 the eggs were gone, sausage was undercooked and the biscuits and gravy was gone too. When I left the table to get my breakfast, the busboy took my coffee and silverware and cleared the table. The sever, Ezza I think, was extremely caring and went above and beyond to compensate.

The ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to go to another floor to get ice. And the toilet paper holder was coming off the wall in the bathroom.

The view from our room was awesome. My sister said the shower head was amazing!

Frigidaire, microwave, nor patio furniture on city side. Tub faucet old and was dripping water for entire stay. Found underwear behind the TV.

The property overall was very clean, however, the price value does not appear to coincide with the rooms. The showers need upgrading to meet current standards. There should be a small refrigerator in the rooms: I can attribute this to the hotel driving traffic to the on site restaurants. However, I have been to hotels in this price ranged that still a small refrigerators to hold drinks. The carpet and base boards should be upgraded and the sliding door to the balcony was very old and was hard to open. If the room was occupied by a elderly couple, opening this door would have been a challenge.

The location and staff personal were excellent. The restaurants on location was also excellent as well as the nearby activities and venues.

The bathroom has no place to put toiletries, clothing. The slider to the balcony didn't slide, had to be pried open. Refrigerator not standard, extra charge. The bar/restaurant food options very limited.

The location is awesome, great river view. Close to our ultimate destination which was the Florida Theater. Room weas clean, beds comfortable, clean. Staff very friendly. Unfortunately, can't say too much more.

the balcony door to our room didn’t close all the way, the actual door to our room was so ajar on its hinges that lights from the hallway shined through all night. the room smelled like mildew, parts of the carpet were ripped up along the edges. the breakfast was a joke. $47.00 for all you can eat continental breakfast for 2 and it was AWFUL. parts of it were actually inedible it was fine for only staying one night, but if I was going on in action school extended trip I would recommend doing your research and looking elsewhere

You could tell the AC needs to be updated they just had a cover over it which caused it to be stuffy in the room.

When I got to my room my first impression was I can’t believe they are charging 200 dollars for an old hotel facilities, not dirty at all but there was some wear and tear.

Front desk employees were super nice and look for my Hilton honors member number without even asked for.
