Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesNo roomservice, don't leave a request, I requested a single red rose be placed on a pillow and could not get one and wasn't even acknowledged about my request. Luxury means doing whatever the consumer finds luxurious so tighten up on requests especially reasonable ones.
The view from the fifth floor is really breathtaking. 👌 the Hyatt Regency across the river has an advantage on this spot though. The facility is just old at the Hilton and could definitely use a face-lift to bring in to the now. It was nice but a name like Hilton should make it beyond nice the lobby is the greatest feature. Time to put some money into this doubletree that could be branded a better Hilton being it's location right on the Riverwalk. Do something quick Hilton before you get run out of town. Knock that old dilapidated building down and build an even taller Hilton premier resort and it will work there is money in Jax stay cations are becoming more popular and the river needs a fine resort. Oh yeah could may have broke our spirits some but cmon with the lack of room service bring back room service asap. It's time to go back to normal and no roomservice is not normal so please bring back all night dining and roomservice and stop charging for the breakfast greed brought down Rome not competition, stop with the greed and get back to hospitality!!
