I wonder if they can refill tea bags, which were prefect last night.

The room is wide and clean, only two blocks from the green and blue lines. There is a small vending shop near the lobby; there is a microwave that can heat food; and there are cozy areas. Skyway may be open next time, but we can go through the next building to go shopping mall or conventional center.

The doors slam very loudly and heavy, neighbors next door were in and out and the door Frame in my room would Shake and wake me up each time

Staff was super friendly. Food in hotel bar/restaurant was great, also with friendly service, so no need to go out for dinner (one night stay for work in winter...). Will return and recommend.

Very comfortable, safe, and quiet. The staff helped me whenever I needed directions. Hidden gem: the hotel bar, a beautiful space.

There is a hidden "early check-in fee" if you arrive before 15:00, but this is apparently waived for rewards members so sign up to the program pre-arrival to avoid unnecessary (and inflated) charges. The elevator bank only has 2 operating lifts so there can be a wait to access your room or get down to the lobby if multiple guests are returning at once. Noise is minimal overnight but is loud when it occurs (revving ehicles, emergency services sirens, etc.) in rooms adjacent to the street.

Great location to US Bank Stadium and short walk to LRT station for easy access to local stops and the college stadium. Some great local restaurants are within short walking distance, but reservations are recommended. The room was clean and comfortable and cleaning staff are very respectful of 'Do Nof Disturb' requests.

The bed was hard and the elevator was slow. Had to pay to park bit included.

Close to everything, great staff, clean, affordable and decorated nice. Nespresso coffee was amazing in room.

The elevators were smaller and could take only 5-6 people at a time which took a long time to get people back to their rooms after the concert & then back down the next morning to leave the hotel. Otherwise everything else ran very efficient!

Hotel staff were very accommodating and super friendly and polite. Hotel was close to our concert venue so walking was easy and quick.

The bed was kind of uncomfortable. I wish there was a bed side table on both sides of the bed, one of us didn't have a place to put our things or plug in our phone.

It was clean, the view of the city was nice. The proximity to other things was great! It was easy to get in and out of. The room was phenomenal, my wife and I absolutely loved it!

The air conditioning unit was a little loud but wouldn't stop me from staying there again.

Parking was awful and expensive, it was over $70 for less than 48 hours of parking, and the structure itself was pretty ghetto. The hotel restaurant and bar was closed, so that sucked. My biggest disappointment was the dishonesty of housekeeping. I left a brand new $100 bottle of perfume in the bathroom when we left. and of course it was not returned-I called twice even.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet! Great downtown location to good restaurants and entertainment.
