I completely understand that rooms are no longer cleaned daily, I just wish there was a better system for having garbage removed and items such as extra towels delivered. I know these both can be requested by calling the front desk and I appreciate that but I also feel bad continually calling them for these items. We were there over a weekend and no cleaning is provided at all over the weekends. Another small thing would be to ensure the rooms are stocked for the duration of a guest's stay if there is no cleaning during that time. For example, we stayed 3 nights but there was only one day worth of coffee and 1 cup to make coffee in the room. It's a small detail, I know, and I absolutely could've called the front desk for more but as I stated above I feel bad continually calling for additional items to be brought to the room. (Just a personal feeling, may not be a big deal to others)

The front desk associate who checked us in was very helpful and gave us all relevant information such as room cleaning schedule. I was very grateful for this information as it was not communicated to me on my last stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillows were also comfortable.

The room was beautiful and clean. Very classy looking. The bathroom was perfect - loved the double mirrors. Also appreciated the sliding door for the shower, very easy to get in and out. I would 100% stay again, and it was a massive value as well, only $120 for one night! Thanks again!

There was no communication at check-in regarding housekeeping services so I assumed housekeeping would be offered daily. Granted we only stayed 2 nights but we have a toddler so we go through a lot of towels and trash piles up quickly yet we never received (or were offered) housekeeping services. We saw housekeepers in the hallways servicing other rooms so we assumed they'd service our room while they were out but they did not. There was also someone else's leftover Chinese food in the fridge when we arrived. Not an enormous deal I suppose but puts a question in my mind as to what else could've been overlooked as far as cleaning is concerned.

The bed was comfortable, the rooms are well laid out.

Didn't like the fact that housekeeping was banging on our door at 8:00 am in the morning waking us up to clean our room .we thought there was a fire or something never seen that at a hotel before. When check out is at 11:00 am

The TV kept turning on about 5 or 10 minutes after we turned it off. We had to unplug it to get it to stay off.

Location was perfect, kids loved the pool, room was neat and clean, we needed extra towels and the staff brought them to us right away.

This hotel is AMAZING! We very much enjoyed our stay as the rooms were super large, rennovated, very clean with a super comfy bed and a really large washroom! There was nothing not to like! The hotel has a great vibe going as there were many conferences and events going on while we stayed (it was a Friday night) so even though it was in the suburbs it had a really lively atomosphere. The pool was great too! There was a large shopping plaza across the street which was super convienent and it was located just off the highway which made for easy travels the next day. We stayed the last night of our trip here and being super tired we opted for a night in and the entertainment was excellent! There were so many TV stations to choose from so we were able to enjoy some great movies, a great mini bar fridge and the bar/restaurant was open late downstairs for any late night snacks. All in all a great stay and excellent value for money. Would stay again!
