Loved the historic building, the verandah and porches. The pool was lovely. Outstanding fresh breakfast! Friendly staff. Loved the two queen bed suite with 2 bathrooms!

The only thing, our room was by the stairs so we heard people coming and going until late at night.

Going home. Not being able to say goodbye to the crew.

Loved the breakfast and coffee. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Kathy was very pleasant but I knew she would be since she was a fellow Ohioan. Have decided to stay again this fall when we return for a visit. Maid service was great and accommodating.

Veranda hours for general guests not available for early morning only for veranda rooms but understand why it’s restricted to give veranda room guests total quiet ! This shows the hotel ‘s focus is what’s best for each Guest!!!

Liked everything immensely ! especially immaculately clean attentive professional staff historical architecture outstanding most varied n delicious breakfast loved iced mineral water always available in lobby! Would stay in veranda rooms next time ! Very convenient parking !It was truly outstanding ! A hidden gem ! Lovely memories

Pool could have been warmer

Breakfast was fabulous every morning! We had our choice of scrambled eggs, cheese omelet, home made waffles, oatmeal, pastries and bagels. There is coffee, water and tea in the lobby 24/7. Great location and history! Rooms are comfortable and very clean! Well worth the money! Only downside was the pool is not heated and it was a bit cold. I highly recommend CrystalBay Hotel and we will stay there again in the future! Enjoy!

The location. St Petes in Spring Break is not the place to be if you're looking for a quiet, interesting time. Every car park seemed to be full so we didn't really see anything of the place as we couldn't park up. Nothing around the hotel apart from a craft beer bar (see liked).

Fabulous hotel. Clean, light, airy and excellent staff. Amazing breakfast. Comfortable room. Nothing to dislike! Also there was a craft beer bar about 200m from the hotel - perfect! It became our staple for food and drink as there wasn't anything else around.

Because of a part that they were waiting for, my evening showers sometimes were warm or began nice and hot but ended rather cool. This would not keep me from going back again.

The location was ideal as it was out of the hustle, bustle, but just down the street from tTreasure Island, John’s Pass, and other places of interest.

Would have liked a comfortable chair to sit in bed room The sofa bed in the adjoining room was very uncomfortable your staff did bring us a put you up bed however it was even worse than the sofa bed so attention to the bed is really needed

The pool was okay - modest + small. It would suffice for a short term stay. The free parking lot filled up quickly at night - harder to find a spot late at night.

Breakfast was very good and certainly added to the value of staying there. The location was close enough to the beach for quick access (10 min drive) but also far enough away to be quiet at night. I really appreciated the historic feel to the hotel with the modern updates - it was a good blend of the two. They also used contactless check-in and check-out which was quick and easy!

We booked only two weeks or so out and there was only one room available, a pet friendly room. There was no carpet which is understandable but the room did not seem as nice as some of the others. That being said we did get a glance at a couple of other rooms and spoke to another guest on our hallway and the other rooms seemed to be a step up from ours.

The breakfast was wonderful. Food was prepared very well. Breakfast meats were well done, scrambled eggs were moist which is rare for a buffet.
