I like a firmer bed.

I felt the Kitchen Staff should have been more “joyful” and considerate before taking the coffee dispenser away. The room was quite noisy being off Central St. Construction is in full-swing around the Hotel. Parking is across the side-street onto a lot or on the street by the entrance. The room was small but the bathroom would allow for a normal sized vanity instead of only a sink. The room would have been better without the carpet. All rooms should have flooring instead of only those on the first floor (as per my understanding when I asked).

Historic charm was there. The Front Desk staff were friendly and helpful. A nice selection of teas were available till 9 PM when the entrance is locked and only accessible via door code. Breakfast is a nice selection of cereal, fresh fruit, eggs and bacon. Coffee was quite flavorful!

I loved the history of the hotel. Great energy. The location is perfect. The manager, Kathy Weed, was amazing and staffer, Lakeysha, went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. Wonderful experience.

Jackie and Kathy (sp?) are great! They seem more like friends than staff. I stayed here a few years ago and love it just the same today. I can't even name all of the things I like about this beautiful Inn. There are truly so many amenities I love. By far, it is the best place for a retreat.

Nothing! Everything was perfect.

From the second we arrived the staff were attentive and friendly and exceptionally helpful. I had booked with through a third party source but had stayed previously in the same hotel. The 3rd party duplicated the booking and the manager promptly fixed it from her end. So helpful and will definitely book directly in the future now that I know about "friends and family".

The air conditioning wasn't that good and the Wi-Fi. Getting back to the hotel too late, parking could be a problem.

Breakfast is included and its very good and delicious. The rooms have a good size and are very comfortable. the whole facility is very clean and well maintained. the thing that i like the most is that the hotel is an historic hotel.

This place is well and truly worth the money and visit. We loved our stay, the rocking chairs on the veranda was perfect, the décor, the staff everyone was so lovely and it was such and enjoyable time. The breakfast was awesome as well, no plastic to be seen! The only down side was we couldn't stay longer.

Loved the location. Very beautiful grounds, close to Treasure Island and John's Pass. Awesome hot breakfast, big and comfy rooms! Would definately stay here again, have recommended to family and friends!

A small thing wasn't so cool: only plastic cutlery at breakfast, everything was for one time use and to be disposed (even the plastic cereal bowls)- not very sustainable...Just didn't fit to the classy vibe of the charming place! Breakfast was good, but the air conditioning there and around the cosy open fire place was way to cold!

Very friendly staff!!! Good location, very central. Nice old charming place.
