This hotel was clean and updated, the staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and microwave and fridge were really useful. Also complimentary airport shuttle was the main reason we booked this hotel, and the breakfast included.

When checking in the man wasn't very great

We stayed there 3 days. The breakfast was amazing and each morning there were different items on the menu.. We also had service dogs which they made great accommodations for us.

Check out is not until noon. However, the cleaning crew knocked twice in the morning before noon to see if we left so they could clean. We stayed here on purpose for the late check out to let the kids swim in the morning before our long drive.

Pool hours are great. Open from 7 am to 11 pm. The lady at check-in was super friendly and nice. Room was clean and spacious.

the hot tub was lukewarm when asked about turning up the temp the front desk was rude about the request. there was multiple customers that asked and never did get turned up

The only thing that was bad was there was someone that came in the room above us at midnight and walked around super heavy for well past 1:00am. They really had heavy steps and was super loud down in our room.

Location is excellent for the Maverik Center. This was a great overall experience. The staff was all friendly and happy. Love that there was a counch in the room and a table with chairs. The breakfast was great and easy to navigate.

Clean, comfortable and very helpful at the Front Desk by the morning desk assistants. Transported to the airport. Convenient. Great hot breakfast because again, it was convenient. Did not use the pool or hot tub because it was liaded with people.

There was only one packet of coffee in the room. 2 queen beds and yet only one packet of coffee ?

Location was great, departed before breakfast. Really pleased that there was an airport shuttle. Several restaurants within walking distance was great.

We were on the 3rd floor and as soon as you stepped out of the elevator the spell of marijuana was on the air. You could spell it down the majority of the hallway.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Heater/air worked well and was quiet. Pool was clean. Location was perfect.

Staff could have been more professional. My Mother asked to be placed next to us in advance. She even called to verify and check on this request. She was reassured that this was done however it was not. When bringing this to the staff's attention staff was rude about it and acted put out that we be place close together. We traveled and planned this whole trip together months ago. Another staff member (older man) shoved his way through the door although my husband had luggage in his hands and was trying to get through. The same man was at the front desk when we were checking out. The person who checked us out was kind and pleasant however the same man who shoved his way through the door was then behind the desk. The front desk person asked how our stay was. We said good which was followed by this man's comment that, "Yeah good as you can get for having kids with you," implying that because we had our children with us made our trip unpleasant. DID NOT APPRECIATE HIS COMMET AT ALL! Our comforter was either dirty or had stains, so we did not use it and after the rude confrontation at the front desk for check in for my mother I was not going to ask for anything more even if it was for a clean blanket. I did miss the laundry bag and lotion that other motels offer. After returning to our room in the evening our room smelled like pot. Not sure if it came through the vents or what but the smell was terrible.

Location was perfect and for the most part things were clean which is a plus. Hot breakfast appreciated. Price was ok for what we got out of it. Thank you.

Front desk staff needs some customer service training. I questioned the $50 deposit, staff was short and rude. Didn’t try to explain or be kind. Then we complained about the smell of weed. We were standing in line for elevator, there was a grandma with 2 young children who commented that it smelled funny. I told front desk, they didn’t seem concerned at all.

Convenient located right off the Interstate. Very friendly staff. Breakfast much better compared to other hotels in this price range.

Had to book the airport shuttle at least a night in advance, or the morning of travel there was no driver available. The fitness center was poorly equipped ( only cardio machines available) and small, yoga mats and free weights would be a nice addition.

Rooms were large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was as good if not better than most.
