Great location and amazing value for money. Easy to access and so quiet if you’re just looking to relax. Very close to the tourist location which we loved for our 2 day stay before coming back to the uk.

Unfortunately it was not very clean. On the second day we found a huge dead cockroach in one of the bathrooms. The owner told us that it never happened before but there was a cockroach spray in one of the drawers. I’m sure the owner knows about that problem. They told us to keep doors closed as they might come from outside, however our door was closed all the time. Thankfully that spray did the job. Check in process was not flawless. Password for the door was only provided on request and it was a little bit confusing on how to enter the property (I believe they recently changed the lock). I also hope they change the password for every new customer. I also didn’t like the ask of the owner to give them 5 star review for a discount. I prefer to give my honest feedback, because I rely on other reviews when I book myself.

Location is great. Parking very convenient (right in front of the door) A lot of space which is very impressive when you see it for the first time. Nice design, paintings, decorations, lamps with USB charging ports. You have everything you need there. Kitchen is well equipped. Gas stove is amazing. Huge TV with live tv streaming services and YouTube etc. Good and stable Internet connection, you can actually do some work here. (Needed to ask for WiFi password though). Billiard table is nice (even though 1 ball was missing).

There was significant noise from the road that was particularly noticeable In the master bedroom.

Property was large, nicely furnished and central location. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool table and large TVs were great. We also liked that it had a parking spot off the road.

Our stay at the OL-WH Stylish residence in Los Angeles rental was outstanding, with its prime location enhancing our city experience. The house offered good comfort and style, making us feel right at home. We highly recommend this property for an unparalleled Los Angeles getaway.

We were excited to use the billiards table as it was advertised as the first photo on the listing. However, it was not functional given they were missing a ball, and the bumpers were broken. There is a gorgeous nook with great natural light, but we couldn’t use the space because one of the couch legs was snapped off. The rental agency was made aware but did not offer support. In addition, there were ants in the guest bedroom and kitchen. The rental agency was very strict and required us to wash all our dishes and replace them before leaving, (despite a cleaning fee), and place all the remotes in a specific location or else they threatened to charge us. Despite the aforementioned issues, I am still giving this place an 8/10 because space was large, clean, and had a ton of character with a great kitchen and entertainment room at a good price.

There weren't enough towels for 7 people - 3 nights. The pool table was bad, the pool sticks were old and without correct accessories. One ball was missing. On the first day we came the lock did not work well, which we mentioned to the person we communicated via Booking..He/She helped us and we some kind managed to deal with the electric lock but we have trouble closing and strongly holding the door until the lock does its thing and put the door in lock mode. Last night of vacation. when we came back from the city we could not unlock the door because the battery on the electric lock dried out. The spear battery was not in the place where the owner instructed us in the manual we got when we arrived. We tried to contact the person using the number which we had on booking, but we managed only to communicate via booking messagig platforms.. Owner sead to me that it only uses a google voice as a communication platform, and I installed it but I couldn't use it because I don't have a USA phone number. I suggested five other platforms for communication but he/she didn't answer. Eventually we asked neighbors to help us and one of the friends climb across the balcony and open the door from inside and we got in. The owner sent me another code but he did not understand the lock won't work and won't show the numbers so we didn't have a chance to use the code. The owner sent apologies in a few messages but he/she didn't help us. I have all recorded on video.

The property is ok but needs a lot of improvements and maintenance. Also, the location is not were it says on booking, it’s a couple of minutes away but still it would have been nice to know it prior the booking. The cleaning is not good, there was used cups and cans next to the sofa that were from the previous guests. The green sofa next to the window seems nice on pictures but it’s broken! It’s mentioned in several reviews, I mean how difficult is to replace it? There were ants on the bathroom and the worst part was that the bed was broken before we entered the house. They asked if we wanted it to be fixed during our stay (as we had to put the mattress on the floor and sleep on the floor). We said no and they entered on the property anyways and fixed it without permission. A week later we received an email saying that we have to pay 960 USD FOR THE BED!! It’s insane!

On the website there was one adress but the house that we stayed in and the house that we were given was another. The check-out was too early (10 in the morning). And the electricity was shut down for 3 hours

Be aware... the property situation isn't as good as it shows in the pictures... The furniture is old and broken. I sat on a sofa, and it fell down. It turns out its leg was broken, and they just reconnected it without fixing it. I reported the situation with photos to the person who communicated with me through the booking app, and they tried to accuse us that we damaged it . They didn't leave any extra blankets or bedsheets for 4 nights... The property has no laundry .. The property was just painted before we reached for checking in, and iwalls still wet. Some of the wallpapers weren't finished yet cause they were in a hurry to finish prior to our check-in. Eventually, I received a claim note from booking claiming that we should pay for these unfinished wallpapers and the hidden broken leg of the sofa?????? They even claimed that I broke a water tab, and I didn't see any tab broken???? I have been using booking.com for more than 12 years with may be more than a hundred bookings and never ever had such an experience like that. it's obvious that no one checked the property and recorded the defects prior to our coming. No one was there to go over the property with us, and they want to throw their defects on us. .. I'm not sure if they did that because they saw us through the cam a minority from a different culture or because they are scammers or maybe BOTH
